What started off as quite a straight forward story turned into quite a drawn out and at times stressful exchange. Chris and Rupert were a great help for us when selling our old house and purchasing our new one. They managed to navigate us through a sale when our purchaser’s solicitor had suffered a data breach and was out of action a while. The whole time they kept us up to date and did and managed to progress the sale through to completion when many other transactions had stalled.

They helped us purchase our family home and guided us successfully through the process, despite us contracting covid near to completion. They kept us informed at every stage and let us know the legal position throughout with advice on how best to proceed.

Buying a house is one of the biggest purchases you are likely to make and can be a stressful time. My acting solicitor, Chris Bowesman, managed to get the transactions completed very smoothly without any stress to myself, which is so important for me when you have work commitments and are short on time. I was really impressed by the fact that if I had any questions or queries, Chris would be available on the phone when I called, or would call me himself to explain matters rather than going back and forth via email chains. This is not service I’ve received previously with other firms so it was extremely appreciated.
