Richard has been working on our IT for many years, before Richard came on board we used different companies trying to find the right one, then by chance we hit the jackpot. Richard can go on remotely using the splash top licence so most issues are corrected this way. Richard is getting to the end of a major overhaul of our IT systems which has brought us a long way from where we were. Richard is polite, honest, professional and reasonable with his charges. He will not push for new equipment if it is not required and will always consider the cost implication to the result. If you are a domestic customer or a business I would not hesitate to recommend him, we can't imagine running our company without him.
