I first contacted HB dental in Derry with there open consultation appointments, I met Gokhan an been in contact with him since my appointment in Turkey at the clinic, he booked my flights and sorted all my accommodation including my families. He made my experience from start to finish amazing we did nothing but laugh the full time. The clinic is so clean and welcoming they are extremely accommodating. My treatment was 4/5 days an although I had a lot of work to be done which without doubt brought pain I would do it everyday over again for the outcome with I received with my teeth there incredible I’ve never felt so happy with my smile. My dentist Burak was a total perfectionist and nothing was ever to much, he had his work cut out with my teeth and still done a 5* job I will forever be greatful to HB Dental an the team, they have made me so much happier in myself and I love my teeth for the first time in my life 🫶🏻. Amazing clinic, amazing staff I will forever be thankful for xxx

Have had a fantastic experience with HB Dental from the first meeting in UK hotel to discuss treatment, through to completion. Very happy with the care and results. Implants done in May, implants and additional crowns completed today. Price included everything, pick up at airport, picked up for all appts and brought back to hotel. Flights and 4* accommodation included in price as is the trip back to airport.
Very helpful, lovely staff with an English speaking co ordinator from the first meeting. Honestly can't fault a thing. If being picky, sometimes had to wait a little in the surgery for appt but not long and reception is very comfortable and of course, you can sit outside in the lovely sunshine. Highly recommend!

HB dental are 1st class. I'm very happy with my smile. Its life changing. The service and staff are exemplary. Every questions, worries or concerns are treated with the highest consideration and dealt with promptly. The staff are so polite and i spoke with 2 translators that spoke at least 4 languages each so there was no language barrier and everything was understood. Highly recommended.

Life-changing experience with HB Dental Antalya

I recently travelled to Turkey with HB Dental Antalya to have 4-on-4 implants, and I honestly cannot thank them enough for the treatment and care I received.

From the moment we met the team in Northern Ireland, right through to leaving Turkey, every single member of staff was amazing. The drivers, coordinators, dental nurses and, of course, the exceptional dentists all went above and beyond to make the whole experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.

The entire trip was organised to perfection, including flights, accommodation and transfers, which took away so much of the stress that comes with travelling abroad for dental treatment.

The coordinators were fantastic. Their English was excellent, they were incredibly knowledgeable about the treatments being carried out and were always able to answer any questions I had. No question was ever a bother, and any worries or concerns I had were dealt with immediately. They were reassuring, empathetic, supportive and made us feel incredibly welcome from start to finish.

The dentists and dental team were absolute perfectionists. I felt listened to, cared for and reassured throughout the whole process, and the level of attention to detail was incredible.

After nearly 20 years, I finally have the smile I’ve always wanted, and honestly, it has been life-changing. ❤️ I feel like I have my confidence back, and I cannot put into words how much that means to me.

I would recommend HB Dental Antalya without hesitation. The whole team truly went above and beyond, and I will be forever grateful for everything they have done for me.

Finally done and very happy with the results. Great peace of mind meeting the guys in my home town.
Very organised with the flights, hotels and drivers. Do double check everything, as with the language differences there can be issues. But they are readily cleared up.

The results are amazing, the people really friendly and the price was very good.

I had a fantastic experience at HB Dental. From the initial meeting in Derry until leaving after my finals, all the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were excellent at putting me at ease. The practise itself is immaculately clean and very modern.

I will be recommending them to everyone that asks me about them. Best decision of my life.

I first met HB Dental in Derry N.Ireland. Through my 1st consultation I was told I would need all teeth removed, All on 6 top & bottom and possibly bone grafting & sinus lift.
My complete journey took 10 months and 3 visits to HB.

1st visit Oct 25 - 1 day in clinic, but stayed 4 days.
All teeth removed. No implants were fitted as I had gum disease and the dentist wanted my gums to have the best chance to stop the gums from receeding any further, which would allow better Implant placing. I was given dentures, which unfortunately I could never wear as they hurt my mouth. I was disappointed initially. However, I excepted that was just the way it was and got on with it. It soon became a conversation starter when I met people. Everyone was curious about my journey from there on.

2nd visit- Feb 26 Done in 1 day, although due to flights I had to stay 1 week
12 implants fitted, bone graft & sinus lifts performed. I was given plenty of freezing injections beforehand and even topped up with more when needed. I asked about temporary teeth fitted as I'd seen on other dental websites. However, after a x-ray. I was told it was best not to have them due to my bone structure. Again, I trusted they knew best for my mouth.

3rd Visit - 28th Aug 26 1 week
Teeth fitting
Day 1 - After nervously waiting for my x-ray results. It was confirmed that the implants had taken, so the final teeth could be fitted. Numbed up and gums opened to place caps on the 12 implants. That was easy. I even went shopping straight after.
Day 2- I was fitted with temporary teeth in the style & colour had chosen. I didn't like them. And through discussions with the dentist and Gokhan my English speaking Rep, they were then altered.
Day 3 - New temporary teeth fitted, i didn't like those either. However, the dentist suggested I go with the Softened Style by what I was saying to him.
Day 4 - nervously I waited for the the final teeth to be fitted. In the back of my mind I was thinking "these will probably not be right either"

I looked in the mirror and I absolutely loved them. 10 months was definitely worth the final result. I also took the 2 titanium plates that was recommended for my All on 6.
I absolutely 100% trusted their professionalism and judgement that they knew what was best for me, both shape & colour. When i asked the dentist if the B2 the second brighest was the right shade. He said absolutely with my colouring.
Since returning home. All comments have been beautiful & natural shaped teeth that really suit me.

Conclusion:
I would say do your homework 1st and make sure you choose the right clinic for you.
I trusted HB from that 1st consultation in the Ebrington Hotel right through the complete journey
Even if you are alone, which many were. You don't have to think about anything. You are picked up from the airport to hotel to the clinic and back to the hotel then airport when leaving.

People in the UK give Turkish dentists a bad name. I researched my dentists and they are all extremely qualified in their fields. Every bit, if not more than the UK.

I want to say thankyou to the 3 different dentists who dealt with me. Especially my final visit dentist. Sorry, i can't remember his name. He was extremely patient, professional & precise in his profession. Halime, for running a smooth,professional and transparent clinic and mostly My (translator) Gokhan. Thankyou so much Gokhan for your patience even when I was uptight and at times crying. You were always patient and understanding and always answered my questions via WhatsApp promptly.

Again, I highly recommend HB Dental. Trust in their expertise.

Their professionalism shone throughout as the doctors communicated via their staff mostly. My liason person was Divine and his English was excellent.

The only negative in our journey was having our teeth extracted initially, but with analgesia and antibiotics, all healed well.

I recently had my teeth done at HB Dental in Antalya, and overall I am very happy with my experience. The whole team looked after me so well from start to finish. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

The treatment itself was very efficient, and I was surprised by how little pain I experienced. The team worked professionally, and I felt that I was in safe hands at every stage.

The only area I think could be improved is communication. I wish there had been better communication from the clinic's side throughout the process. Also, the dentist didn't speak English, which made it difficult to communicate directly unless a translator was present. Having more consistent translation or English speaking staff would make the experience even better.

Despite this, I would like to thank the entire team for their care, professionalism, and hard work. Most importantly, thank you for giving me back my confidence and a beautiful smile. I truly appreciate everything you have done for me and would happily recommend HB Dental to anyone considering dental treatment.

I was very wary of going abroad for dental surgery, but there really was no need.

When I arrived I was picked up and taken to their very modern dental practice.

I got 5 implants, 4 crowns, and teeth whitening. (Over 2 visits) I wanted very natural looking teeth and that's exactly what I got. I got implants and crowns on my teeth at the back, and they are perfect. They look exactly like my own teeth, and the bite is perfect. They are very meticulous and professional with their work, and I felt in safe hands.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HB Dental for their dentistry work, and my contact Divine answered all of my questions before, during and after, he was always very friendly and helpful.

I accompanied my wife to HB Dental for her treatment, and from the moment we arrived, every single member of the team made us feel like we were special. The level of care, kindness and professionalism was outstanding.

While my wife was having her treatment, I decided to have a filling replaced and my teeth whitened. Compared to my wife’s treatment, I was a much lower-value patient, but you would never have known it. The team treated me as though I was their only client. Even though the clinic was clearly busy, I never once felt rushed or overlooked.

I had a full mouth restoration 3 years ago now and they are brilliant. We have returned as my wife having witnessed the results of my treatment had now opted to have her smile massively improved. I cannot praise the staff and dentists highly enough. The communication, care and absolute professionalism demonstrated during each stage of our treatment has been exemplary. I had 4 No implants plants and full replacement crowns as my teeth were generally structurally sound. My wife had all her teeth removed and 16 implants, 8 top and 8 bottom. It’s now been one year since I had 24 crowns fitted and a cyst removed from my upper jaw area, root canal treatment and a wisdom tooth removed at HB Dental, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

From my very first consultation through to the completion of my treatment and aftercare, the entire team was amazing. They were caring, gentle, incredibly patient, and always professional. Every step of the process was explained thoroughly, which gave me complete confidence and reassurance throughout my treatment.

The attention to detail was outstanding, and nothing ever felt rushed. The team genuinely cared about achieving the very best outcome, and their skill and dedication show in the final result.

Flew out from Plymouth 25th March and back 1st April. Had 25 crowns and several root canals. Excellent results and everyone surprised how great and natural they look. Would have been 5 stars except there was some confusion over appointments, also that I had to pay for painkillers from a local Chemist ( wasn’t a lot- but surprised me as I hadn’t expected it and assumed it was in included. A Brit on his second visit said the painkillers used to be included). Bit stressful, as I had my crowns fitted on the day I flew back- so took my suitcase to the clinic. Can’t fault the result, Dentists very professional and strive for high standards - I’m so glad I ventured out as a woman on my own. Felt very safe and looked after. I would recommend this clinic.

My husband had crowns and implants done and the result was amazing. They were fast, professional, the staff was very helpful, kind and always available to help with any questions we had. The dentists are excellent.

Medical negligence there is a dispute over money with my son. They took all his teeth out then told him he had not paid. They wanted me to pay again.
They shouldn’t have touched his teeth if he had not of paid. We are still trying to get to the bottom of who took my sons cash but they shouldn’t have took his teeth left him with nothing. They were trying to withhold documents to fly unless I paid £1000. They told both us he might go on a no fly and would have to stay there. They pulled a phone on him and recorded him to were he felt so unsafe he left his case and went to the airport.
Anything could have happened to his mouth. My son is now home with severe pain in face, no teeth and the cash deposit he paid seems to be gone.
He still had a balance to pay on arrival as he was to bring cash again and he said no he was gonna pay by bank a link like they had done before.
Bottom line is he has also paid 600 through a link and they never took it off his bill .
My son’s mouth is a complete mess and they put him at risk.

Excellent clinic for every aspect. The medical team are so skilled and the consultants are so lovely 😍 I would recommend to anyone cos you won't get a better service anywhere 💯
