I’m a landlord and let out my property via Haybrooks (Sheffield) and always liaise with Katie. Her professionalism and commitment to her role is one to be commended and is a real credit to Haybrooks.

We are new tenants with Haybrook and our experience so far is fantastic. They listen to all our issues and get them sorted quickly. Katie Woodhead has been great dealing with us and her service is outstanding. Thank you!

Couldn’t have had a better experience with Haybrook for my rental and move in. Meg was in charge of my move and was fantastic. All processes were simple and easy to follow, and she was always available if I needed help or had questions (as were rest of the team)

What with the current situation with Corona virus, I was concerned this may effect my move in, but all was taken care of and I was reassured that I was in good hands throughout the process :)

As an investor, it’s really important to work with Agents who understand the needs of both the seller and the buyer and can effectively communicate between the two parties. Due to the unexpected falling through of the temporary accommodation I had arranged following a recent house sale, I had to arrange a let in incredibly immediate circumstances and due to the unexpected nature of the situation, it was far from straight forward and potentially an incredibly stressful one. However, thanks to the help from Zoe Gregory at Haybrook Lettings, everything was sorted within 24 hours and my new home was secure! Would fully recommend and I'm very much looking forward to renting from them for the future :)
