Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 working days but it took a lot longer (order placed on 31/10/23 and it arrived on 11/11/23). Product however, seems to good quality so I guess it was worth the wait.

Obsessed with the hoodies, bought it as a gift for two sisters and they absolutely love it !!

Delivery was supposed to be 3-5 working days however I didn’t receive anything until 1 month later. I have been contacting the owner multiple times however they have ignored my messages yet responding to new messages. Absolutely awful customer service. The hoodies themselves are very average quality and the writing was different on each hoody I received.

Do not bother ordering. Absolutely shocking customer service. Would recommend independent sellers on Etsy instead.

My order was late which was annoying because it was a birthday present. However the team did respond and provided me with a valid explanation as to why (delayed order due to the storm.) My friend loved the flower hoodie and it was well made.

I recently ordered an item for my brother-in-law's birthday from Haya Clothing, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory.

However, I received the package a staggering three weeks later. This delay not only caused a significant inconvenience but also affected the purpose and excitement of the gift.

What adds to my disappointment is contrary to their name the unprofessionalism and confrontational attitude displayed by Haya Clothing's customer service. When I inquired about the status of my order, the response was far from satisfactory. The lack of courtesy and understanding demonstrated by the customer service team left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

Furthermore, potential customers should be aware that Haya Clothing seems to have multiple review pages. This practice raises concerns about the transparency and authenticity of their online reputation. It's essential for consumers to be informed about the various feedback channels to gain a more unbiased and accurate picture of the company's performance.

My initial dissatisfaction with a significantly delayed delivery and unprofessional customer service has now escalated to a level that demands attention.

After expressing my disappointment in a review, I received an email from Haya Clothing asking that not only defended their negative reviews but also revealed a troubling level of desperation to control their online image. The email was not only confrontational but included veiled threats and an attempt to manipulate the situation.

In their communication, Haya Clothing attempted to coerce me into altering my review by stating, "So you can either stop being stubborn by doing the right thing by updating the review stating the order has been delivered, reflecting the actual order outcome, and still leaving it as a 1-star rating, or alternatively, you can delete the whole review. Failure to do the above, we will issue a Defemation Claim letter. We will allow you till the 17th November to acknowledge the above." This type of pressure is both unprofessional and unacceptable.

It's important for potential customers to be aware of these aggressive tactics employed by Haya Clothing. My intent in leaving a review was to share my genuine experience, and the response I received only confirms the company's lack of accountability and professionalism.

After a super delayed jumper arrival, they delivered the next size up to compensate. Delays are always going to happen its how it is handled which is important to me and I found this company to have dealt with it very efficiently. I would definately recommend them and I look forward to continuing to do business with them.

Placed an order for a hoodie with a dispatch time of 3-5 days. Its now 3 months since I ordered and I am still waiting. Do not respond to my emails or DMs, mobile number does not ring out. This is a scam company. DO NOT USE. I will proceed to reporting you to trading standards & contacting the bank!

I ordered personalised hoodies as a gift for my friends. My order was delayed by a bit but this was sorted out as I contacted them they reached back to me where they reassured my order will get to me as my order and offered to refund most of my payment. They hoodies were adored by myself, family and friends they loved the design and quality of the clothing. Will be ordering again off from this website/ company 💕😊

This page is a SCAM. I ordered in July it’s now the end of august and I still have not received my order. I contacted them with every form of communication and they have not responded. I had to contact my bank for a refund which THE BANK PROVIDED. The company is a fraud and I think it’s disgusting how they are a Muslim owned page selling Arabic clothing ,that are scamming the community. I should have trusted the other reviews which said it’s a scam. NEVER BUY FROM HERE.
