Svar fra Haya Clothing
Salaam Dawood,
We deeply apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced with the tops, sizes, and the quality of packaging. As indicated in our recent communication, our current packaging solution utilizes standard grey mailing bags due to our status as a small business. However, we are committed to enhancing our presentation and will consider investing in branded packaging as our resources allow in the future.
We regret that the quality of our hoodies fell short of your expectations, as well as any sizing discrepancies. Our size guides are meticulously provided to assist customers in selecting the appropriate sizes based on the specifications outlined. It is noteworthy that our hoodie suppliers have been consistent over the past three years, with no prior negative feedback regarding the quality of our products.
To address any potential transit-related issues affecting your order, we kindly requested images for further investigation. Regrettably, we have not yet received a response from you. We encourage you to forward any relevant pictures to support@hayaclothing.co.uk at your earliest convenience.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and remain dedicated to rectifying this situation to your satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
