Hoodie Color Bled 1st Wash on Cold :(
The hoodie’s color bled and stained weird on my white/grey hoodie. I washed it without detergent on cold on light cycle and the color bled anyways. I don’t use bleach ever in my washer and I only washed it with the matching sweatpants. The hood string got knotted up too and it’s curled now. The sweatpants were totally fine. I don’t get what happened this this hoodie, but it’s disappointing for sure. I didn’t even get to wear it yet.

I received my purchase…for the most part
I received my purchase, heavy bag. It’s really nice. Unfortunately the hardware needed to hang it did not ship with the bag. So, I have not yet used it.
However, I called customer service. I was expecting a hassle, or no response at all. But I hat I got was friendly responsive service from a very attentive and engaged representative.
The hardware is in the mail, on its way to me now. They loved to resolve the situation immediately.
The quality of the build of the heavy bag is really nice and I am looking forward to putting some work in it.
I would love to give five stars, but missing a vital piece of $600 purchase was a let down. By the time I get the hardware the bag will probably have sat in my garage for a week without use. It was disappointing.
That said, Hayabusa has made a fan and future repeat customer. Real customer service by a real human being that is sympathetic and eager to help is rare these days. These guys deserve your business.

The manager was so kind, compassionate, and understanding—it didn’t feel like a transaction, it felt like genuine support. They went above and beyond.
It’s rare to come across a business that treats people this way. We will definitely be lifelong customers.
