Brilliant to hear you’ve been with us for years and worked your way through nearly the whole range. When everything’s hitting a high standard and then becoming a firm favourite with others too, that’s exactly what we’re aiming for!

Some strong picks on the Session, Premium Lager, and especially the ciders - Hedgerow definitely hold a special place in all of our hearts. Can't forget the spirits though, glad to hear they are holding their own in your amazing taste as well.

Thanks for the kind words about the subscription — we love to hear it’s something you look forward to each month (us too)!

But we’re really sorry to hear about your delivery experience - that’s not on at all. What you’ve mentioned is very frustrating, and we completely sympathise why you’d raise it. It’s definitely not the standard we expect when your box of Hawkstone is on its way. Even if this shows it's clearly a very desired product, it's not ideal that they treat your deliveries this way.

We do rely on courier partners to get orders out to our beloved customers, but feedback like this is taken seriously. We’ll be flagging this internally, and if you have anything else we should know or you'd like to share, please get in touch with us so we can deal with it the minute it happens.

Despite the ups and downs, we appreciate you sticking with us despite the hassle - we’ll keep doing our part to make sure the beer lives up to expectations, and work behind the scenes to improve the rest
