Do not purchase, items are poor quality and it’s all a scam!
A refund was agreed upon return of the clothes, this was done and then the money hasn’t been returned, my email had been blocked from sending further messages. This issue has not been resolved since August 2025.

Do not use they are scammers inferior products I received two polo shirts I would not have cleaned my car with them absolutely disgusting And returns you would be better off sending them to Mars or the moon

Absolutely dreadful company who are not based in UK Returns are a joke as goods get stuck in Chinese customs as company refuses to sign customs declarations which then means Mastercard cannot make refunds.
Don’t make the mistake of dealing with this company

this company is calling its self haven birmingham or haven manchester giving the impression its a UK company

however plse be aware the items come from china and if u return the items u do not get the items

total waste of time buying from this company resulting in a total loss

1. I was promised it was going to be an 100% cotton polo shirt. It turned out to be 100% polyester.
2. When I complained, Sukaina(?) tried to deceive me that it was cotton, although it was clearly labelled polyester.
3. It costed me £30.00. The same thing costs £3.00 at TEMU.
4. They will not accept returns within UK (I live only 15 miles away from B'ham!) You would have to return it to China(?) with minimum cost £20.00.
5. To my opinion, they do not deserve even one star.
6. They are fraudsters but I blame the state too that they allow these people to trade freely.
7. I have all the evidence to prove my points above.

Shirt delivered looked nothing like it did in the advertising photo. This is one of those scam companies that insist if you want to return anything you can't send it to their UK address you must send it to China, at a cost of at least £20. Avoid them like the plague.

This company are scammers their quality is so poor I returned all clothes which I paid £114 to the address provided in China with cost me £30 yet they did not refund nor reply to all my emails. So I lost on purchase and the money paid to return
My Bank contacted the company they declined and lied of the transaction.

If there was a zero rating…….. goods come from China and very poor quality. I decided to return, which is when you realise just what a scam this is. I was offered 10% discount, which I declined, and then 20%, which I also declined. So returned goods to the address they gave me. That was on 23/7/25. They arrived in China on 30/7/25 and the tracking status has been ‘goods currently with customs’ ever since. Now told by Soukaina A, from the Customer Service Team, (probably of one) that I need to contact the customs direct (presumably in China) to establish if any fees are due!
So avoid this company at all costs.

this company is absolute crap purchased a mens jumper for £34.95 waited ages for it when it did arrive it was the worst quality i have ever seen. not even worth a tenner.Got on to them they of fer 5% rebate =£1.75 say no they off 5%. still no where good enough.Then they want you to send item back to China at your own cost They are complete con artists Shame on them

I ordered 3 shirts from this website. When the shirts arrived they are a completely different color and texture than the shirts pictured online. The colors are pastel colors, not stone washed as pictured. The shirts were thin and the fabric is very poor quality. The seller would only agree to a refund if I paid to return the items to Asia. The cost to mail the items would be more than I paid for them. The seller would not offer any other compensation. Do you not purchase from this seller.

This company is absolute dog s—-te, 10 days to receive a jumper that couldn’t resemble a poor tee shirt. It was never a 2xl size. Best for a tee towel at a push. They don’t respond to emails. I got some satisfaction ripping this item up as l needed no more aggro.

A pole shirt I ordered was poorly fitting and inferior quality. It was returned immediatly with the label provided but after countless e-mails no refund is forthcoming and doesn't look likely. My advice to any potential customers to stay clear of Haven Birmingham and avoid being scammed

These people are just thieves. Avoid them at all costs.

This Company are clearly working outside the Consumer Protection Law..I bought a Item of clothing which I immediately tried to return due to poor quality material..I suspect they copied the Ad for their Facebook page…They refuse to print the outlet address on their site..and refuse to issue any refund.Which is basically breaking UK consumer law.They should be prosecuted..

Like others I wish I had checked reviews before ordering from this company. The website looked good and Birmingham was where I was born, so I felt good about ordering from them. When the shirt eventually arrived, although it fitted, it was poor quality & very thin material. My wife subsequently found exactly the same item on Temu for £7! - I had paid £30, so a real rip-off.

I realized after 3.5 weeks these products were coming from china.
When they finally Arrived they were far too big . I ordered large size that’s what I normally ware , these were. Like wearing a sack.
I complained to Birmingham !! They asked for pictures of me wearing one which I did . They offered me a 5% discount on the next items I brought, and then I could keep the items. They then said I could receive a refund if I returned the items to china postage not covered . I went to post office to find out costs these were more than half of the original cost.
Lastly they were very poor quality.

Warning this is a dreadful company, misleading information and poor quality products. Don't consider purchasing from them, you will only be disappointed like all the other feedback comments on this site. Their claims about 30 day money back guarantee is a LIE they do not provide honest statements about returns and the cost to CHINA. They are listed as a company in Paris with a warehouse in CHINA. Be warned it is pretty close to a scam.

This is an updated review as, against expectations, my garment did eventually arrive after three weeks. The tracking process was confusing — it appeared to travel around China, then supposedly to Denver in the USA, before I discovered it was actually in the UK all along.
I had ordered a polo shirt, which arrived crumpled and stuffed into a plastic bag. There was none of the elegant presentation shown on the website — no branded box, tissue paper, or accompanying information you might expect from a premium brand.
The product itself was also disappointing. It was 100% polyester, not the quality fabric I expected for casual or smart wear. It feels more suitable as sleepwear. The breast pocket turned out not to be a real pocket at all — just a decorative piece of trim designed to look like one.
Sizing was another issue — the medium I ordered was closer to an extra large by UK standards. There were no “Haven” labels or size tags on the garment, again inconsistent with what a reputable clothing company would provide.
Overall, the quality is poor, and I feel the website misrepresents the products through its imagery and descriptions. The so-called customer reviews on the site appear questionable, especially as there is no way to submit genuine feedback.
Returning the item to China would cost nearly as much as the shirt itself, so I’ll simply donate it to charity and move on. Based on my experience — and that of other reviewers — I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

I ordered a polo shirt from HB and after a week or so was delivered. My issue was the shirt was too big but also didn't not match the sizes in their guide for a large fit. It was probably an XL. What was concerning was the shirt had no size label - only confirmed by a "L" label on the packaging. To this end , I contacted HB ( Soukaina A ) and was told to send them pictures with photos and tape measurements. I did this and was told they would investigate and respond. In the meantime, I did ask them to confirm arrangements for returning the shirt and how the refund would be issued. So far no response whatsoever ! I will now have to report this scam to my bank to arrange for a reverse payment. Do not buy anything from this company.

I ordered a T-shirt from this scam place the item came 4 weeks later it's was not fit for purpose I emailed and asked for a full refund they said send it back to china but no address for china the.
