I wish I could go here more often,unfortunately,jewellery is not something I buy every week….but,whenever I need an item re-designed ,altered ,polished or fixed etc.,at a very fair price,this is the only address that enters my mind.,..a more friendly,pleasant and professional atmosphere would be difficult to find ,all underpinned by the charismatic Vincent and his team.
I took in 2 ‘Cartier Trinity Bracelets’ that I wanted altering from customary black cord to a double gold link chain with an easy to manage fastener …it looks just fabulous…better than I imagined ..and my wife is understandably thrilled with her new gift.
So..a big Thankyou to all at Hatton Garden Jeweller .

Since meeting Vincent last April I have had 5 separate pieces made including: an engagement ring, two wedding bands (successful proposal in the bag), and two different (but equally excellent) diamond necklaces.

Vincent has been on hand to offer expert advice and patient guidance throughout each purchase. His tolerance of my extreme disorganisation has also been warmly received as I almost always needed everything made extremely quickly, which he was always happy to help with.

I've recommended him to pretty much everyone I know who wants to buy some beautifully made jewellery and even some who had no plans to do so.

The world of diamond purchasing can be a daunting place but Vincent made it (almost too) easy and enjoyable.

As with a number of Reviewers below, we wanted our wedding/engagement rings handmade in Hatton Garden, but simply did not know who to trust or where to start. Having read a significant number of jeweller reviews from across quite a few UK Feedback websites, the name Vincent Loveland and his "Hatton Garden Jeweller" company kept coming up, in a highly positive fashion. On that basis, we approached Vincent to make the rings for us. Vincent and his Team did not disappoint. They were helpful, patient, incredibly supportive and the quality of their work was First Class. If ever we have any further need for bespoke jewelry, we no longer need to search. We will go straight back to the Hatton Garden Jeweller, as we 100% know that we will be well looked after and get an exceptional level of service from Vincent and his Team. Vincent Loveland and the team at Hatton Garden Jeweller are amazing. I have made 4 purchases with them since 2019 (an engagement ring, two wedding bands, a bracelet) and they have also performed extensive repair work on a very old sapphire engagement ring that belonged to my partner's grandmother. Vincent has also offered various free services alongside these purchases which has been much appreciated and saved hundreds of pounds compared to going elsewhere.

In every case, we have been blown away by the quality of the product and the service & price for each has been incredible. Vincent is so personable and friendly, and the prices are far cheaper than any other quote I got from Hatton Garden (and I literally spend an entire weekend getting quotes from pretty much every store).

Hatton Garden Jeweller do not have a storefront - instead, appointments can be made via their website or by email/phone. The lack of a storefront allows them to save a significant amount on overheads and as a result, the prices are much lower than anywhere else. However, even compared to the other similar businesses in Hatton Garden, Vincent consistently came in at the cheapest price.

This is my first review on here which I hope reflects how happy I am with this service.
