Received multiple hats from HH in a single order with glaring defects in manufacturing in 2 out of 3: broken stitching, crushed buckram, and blobs of glue on the front panels. Just a quality control disaster.

Attempted a return via their website and instead of getting an RA number the system message read, "order number not recognized." I then emailed them to explain the issues WITH PHOTOS and requested a return. No response.

I finally had to refer the matter to my credit card company for resolution. I won't be doing any business with this rotten company ever again.

*Addendum: I posted a 1-star review of the product in question so other consumers would know what to expect (and avoid), but Hat Heaven scrubs poor reviews so that all you see is 5-stars. My review vanished.

Hat Heaven is a fraudulent enterprise and should be avoided.

I've been a happy customer for 5 or 6 years. I'm always satisfied with the quality of my products that I order and I like that you get points to use to save on the next!

The fitted caps are excellent quality. Great fit and worth every penny. Please stop adding new colors. 😂Im on my 9th hat within 2 months. 😂. I totally recommend this company.

They advertise a lot on a ton of different sites but there hats are NEVER in stock. I've been waiting over 6 months for a particular hat to be in stock. Hat Heaven 👎🏽

My previous 2 experiences doing business with this company were great and no problems. The latest experience?? HORRIBLE!! Hats ordered 9/14/26. Shipped 9/15/26. Out for delivery from Post Office 9/17/26. Package going from the Bronx to NJ it's not like it's going to the other end of earth!! I never received them and the status from tracking has not changed. Its now 10/4/26. Informed HH Customer Service they tell me to go to the Post Office to find out what happened. After going there and leaving my contact info they sent me an email stating there was no delivery scan for my package and to contact the merchant about reimbursement or reshipment, with the email being proof of non-receipt. I forwarded this to HH Customer Service and haven't heard a thing from them. So now I contacted the CC company that I used to pay for the hats and filed a dispute for this charge. Have all the supporting documentation and will be getting my money back and never buying anything from them again...
