This has been the best company by far for maternity clothes and postpartum. They fit, they’re stylish, they feel good when I wanted to feel good while growing and changing so fast. Their customer service is also off the hook, they go out of their way to get you right sizes and are kind humans on the other side of the email matrix. Highly recommend. Clothes are high quality and last many seasons.
edited my review to 4 stars (from 1 star) -- AFTER reaching out to customer service -- Found out that the website misidentified the gift purchase as "final sale" -- the customer service person identified it was a returnable item and sent a QR code -- so the good is that they can fix the problem, however, the accuracy of information on the website needs to be doubled checked -- I appreciate hatch reads the turstpilot reviews and responds Purchased a pair of crop maternity jeans for my daughter. Jeans were a Christmas present, she owned an existing pair. Jeans came, don't fit as the other. Return policy is a final sale. Learned they have a new crop jean style out. I suspect they are selling odd sized, marked down from $228 to $168 as seconds as final sale. Very deceiving website practices.

While our denim styles are designed to maintain a consistent fit, slight variations can occur between washes and production runs due to the nature of the cotton and finishing processes. That said, our design and production teams work diligently to ensure consistency across all styles, and we include fit notes on most product pages to help guide sizing as clearly as possible. We’d also like to assure you that our markdowns reflect seasonal or style transitions, and we’re sorry if this was not communicated as clearly as it should have been.

Just received 3 items, when I bought them I thought it was a Australian shop (my bad) the cheapest Chinese products, they have no idea of sizing, material quality poor, no labels, no paperwork to return, labels on outside Chinese. Not recommended. You could get better in K-mart for half the price.

I can confirm that our orders are shipped directly from the US. All of our shipments should include a packing slip with instructions on how to return an order if desired. I bought their oil, which is fine, but I always use myemail+brandname @ email company .com when purchasing new products, and since making my purchase on hatch, I have received so many marketing spam emails to myemail+hatch @ email company .com. It's so annoying and customers should know that they will sell your data immediately upon receiving it. The spam emails began the day after initial purchase.

My wife bought a jumpsuit from HATCH, the jumpsuit size is way off the size described on their website.
We asked to change for a smaller size and they refuse to do so even when we offered to pay for all the additional shipping (return and new item).
There would be no cost for them to replace it with a smaller size. Horrible customer services!

HATCH is happy to offer returns on all items, except those clearly marked as final sale. At this time, we offer free exchanges for all U.S. orders and merchandise credit (with the exception of final sale items) on international orders. We completely understand how this can be frustrating, and expanding exchange and refund options for international customers is something we’re actively working toward.
