ABOUT USJoseph Haspel, Sr. originated the use of a lightweight cotton fabric known as seersucker in the manufacturing of men's suits in the early 1900's. His suit solution for Louisiana's blazing summer heat became the brand's signature item, propelling Haspel's popularity beyond its southern roots, while making an indelible mark on American menswear. In the following decades, Haspel continued to expand its offerings, attracting new enthusiasts with its bold colors and classic sensibilities. It also pushed the envelope of innovation, introducing stretch fabrics and working with fabric companies to create the "miracle fiber" used in wash-and-wear suits. Owned by the Haspel family, the brand today has built on it's iconic tradition in Summer Suits and expanded it's roots in menswear to accessories and new products.

The Haspel apparel is as good as advertised and at par with what I expected when ordering from an established American brand.
To top it off, ordering and delivery was prompt and equally top notch.

My grandfather ran a food manufacturing…
My grandfather ran a food manufacturing business in New Orleans ever since the 1920's and knew the Haspels as a part of the business community. My mother also knew the Haspels as she became the financial whiz of family; she was the one who pointed out that I needed to wear a Haspel suit anytime I had business in NO. The suit worked very well for me during my college years at Clemson University and well into my years at Marriott when I had construction site meetings in places with high humidity.
The shopping experience on the web was phenomenal as it reminded me of visiting a fine men's haberdashery on Canal or Royal Streets.

Great jacket. Website could be more user friendly
Jacket is great. For some reason the website did not work well when taking payment. I tried to pay from several devices and it simply would not take payment or even try to take payment. Other than that nice jacket delivered on time once my order was taken and payment accepted.

Never received the suit

Shipping was atrocious, wrong size shipped, no response from Haspel
Shipping was atrocious, the box was broken open all around, falling anpart like it had been smashed by heavier boxes in transit (confirming they used cheap shipping providers) and barely held together by the flimsy tape. Luckily the jacket wasn’t harmed by any of the dirt or debris that got in, or from it being crushed, but it was the wrong size coat and despite numerous attempts to reach them I have yet to receive a response

tried it out this weekend
I wore my new bathing suit this weekend while boating out on Lake Michigan. Very comfortable and dries quick. Liner is perfect. Great look!

Flawed pants of Suit not returnable
Pants of Suit ( 2 parts right. They go together normally. That is why they call it a SUIT. ) had to white spots on the pants in a noticeable plate. Needed to take it overseas where I live. You refused to replace it. I know another source now that has the same material and same pricing. I will go elsewhere. You ask for Ambassadors. Ambassadors are influential. They convey good and bad. This Ambo will not have great things to say. Unfortunately.

That said, we made an exception by issuing a free return label and offering a full refund to help make things right. While we do not have an ambassador agreement in place, we appreciate your passion and are always open to feedback from customers.

Fine service, but out of stock issues!
Service was fine but they were out of my sizes on two different suits so it was disappointing in that regard. I will be back for more.

My one issue was, they didn't have there size recommended for me in stock. Luckily, I have a local tailor that sorted me out.
