I've been trading on Hashing24 for the past three years, and i've enjoyed their service. Unfortunatley i came across the same problem as all the others writing reviews inhere.
One of my contracts had a maintenence cost and I didn't have autopay on. This caused them to terminate my 200euro contract WITHOUT ANY WARNING. I never recieved an e-mail or a warning that the contract would be terminated and I had no idea, despite their claims.
I spoke with the customer service team who told me they couldn't do anything to retrieve the account.
This is a horrible way of making money of investors and I sincerely hope this post will make people thing twice before using Hashing24.

Dear Lars,
We are sorry you feel that way but if the contract doesn’t generate enough to cover the maintenance fee during three days, it gets terminated.
We have a notice on the page where you make a payment, it’s clearly visible and it says that if you do not pay for the maintenance during three days, your contract will be canceled. Since you accepted this condition, you had to monitor the situation with your contract. When the contract stops generating enough to cover the maintenance fee we send an email alert to the customer the same day. It’s impossible you wouldn’t get these emails from us. There is a chance they ended up in your spam or junk folder but we can’t control it…
You have to understand that this equipment is real and mining has real expenses involved, somebody needs to pay that expenses. We pay for your maintenance during 3 days, if within this period you don’t start covering the maintenance fee, we cancel the contract as we can’t keep on paying it any longer. But we send you email alerts about negative profit of the contract each day during this period.
We understand your frustration, believe us, but since you accepted all the terms and conditions and didn’t enable the auto-pay option, there is really nothing we can do.
We appreciate your understanding.

Hashing24: The definition of scam!!! today i resive a message that my account was terminated, because fees wasn't so much to pay fees of my contract. They have never problem with me, i delay a bit some cents of the $ to pay, because of weekend, transfer to my wallet is delay and, they stoped my contract. Result: 200 Euros lost, but from this i learned something, ok a little bit expensive learning!!! i would like to share this , & my story to the public, this company, just want our money. And only!!! good luck!
what ever you reply you are totally 100 %scammers!!! and , all the other "rools" you have, are for the trash. And you want , people who trusted you, to make them to biliev that they have rong? i know that i lost 200 Euros.… * and No. Your system , alert me on Saturday...

We apologize your contact has been terminated but here are the things we’d like you to pay attention to:
1. When you make a payment for your order you see the conditions based on which the contact might be cancelled. One of the conditions is you do not pay the maintenance fee for 3 days. This condition is very clear and visible on the payment page and as long as you make a payment, you accept and understand this condition.
2. If the contract generates insufficient balance to cover the maintenance fee, our system notifies you about this. You have 3 days in order to cover the maintenance.
3. We understand it was weekend and your payment was delayed but our system contacted you during several days, unfortunately there is nothing else we could do.
Contract can’t keep on working in minus…somebody needs to pay for the maintenance to our hashpower supplier, we did it for 3 days but since you did not cover the debt in time, we couldn’t keep on paying for it any longer. We realize you are frustrated but we would appreciate your understanding.

Mining income decrease so much with Hashing24 :
- with Hashing24 ( 20 TH/s ) : 0.00005916 BTC / day.
- with Eobot ( 20 TH/s ) : 0.00016980 BTC / day.
- with Bentalefin ( 20 TH/s ) : 0.00391619 BTC / day.
Hashing24 & Eobot both are legit site, but Eobot can cash out the contract while Hashing24 cannot do that.
for the Bentalefin they give stable income that look too good to be true,

It's totally scam in a shaped of legitimate Company, their process will act just to steel your money without notice the only way to get reasonable profit of your mining is when you have the prices of BTC exceeds 20K USD otherwise you will loose your money in daily maintenance scam fees because it's the heights among all other platforms which they intended to have to be the same in order to let you loose your money, in addition if you were trying to withdraw funds they will deduct 0.001 BTC per transaction where you will find yourself in a total scammy process, stay away of them guys.

FRAUDE No inviertas, son estafadores y como tienen sede en Ucrania,
olvidate de denunciar. Ofertan un contrato que promete ganancias, pero los unicos que ganan son ellos, ademas cancelan tu cuenta sin esperar 72 horas.
