Ordered. a razor and delivered by Evri, but not delivered to me. Delivered to a 95 year old housebound man that’s in and out of hospital. Email to complain, showing photo proof, that was almost 2 weeks ago and still not had the courtesy of a response. Evri dont take responsibility and pass you back to the vendor, suppose that’s who my contract was with. Happy taking your money but not prepared to respond to any issues. Unable to reply to response, however order number was 5554. Thanks

5 months to get a reply
The engravement asked for was R B Purvis. This is common grammar to put a surname with a capital letter. I will not remove my review. You still haven't got back to me and it is 5 months since my order came and 7weeks after my wedding. It was meant to be a wedding gift which I wrote to you about.

We only consider customer demand, because customer demand is final for us and there are no amendments on our side, so it is all customer's responsibility to provide the correct grammar. In some cases, customers said we only required the same text so it is all up to you.
Product not as ordered and no communication.
I ordered and paid for a Travel Silvertip Badger Shaving Brush with customization, but I received a Travel Silvertip Badger Shaving Brush without customization unfortunately. I emailed (10 days ago) Haryali London as per their web site and also submitted a query via the ‘Contact us’ website page, but did not receive any reply back.
Normally I would rate Haryali London 5 stars as I always did in the past, but subtracted 2 stars for not communicating and another two stars for not delivering the product as ordered (which de facto is overpaid without the customization).
