This is the second request for a review on an item I have not received and was ordered 13 Aug. It has only just entered the US Postal Service records. Possible receipt is around 30 Aug. Other than a shipping label on 14 Aug there has been no response from Haryali. Today's date is 26 Aug 22.

Fraud or mistake?
On July, 16 2023 I ordered from Haryali travel silver tip badger brush , advertised price $73. Two weeks later I received SYNTHETIC silvertip travel brush, advertised price $ 41. I send twice emails to Haryali, but did not received any response.

Problem resolved - very good customer service
UPDATE
I was given an expensive Haryali Shaving Brush with Silver Tip Badger Hair Bristles in a Wood & Metal Handle by my family. After experiencing some issues, I contacted Haryali customer care, and after some back and forth communication, I can finally, and happily say the issue has been resolved. to anyone else reading this review, if you have any queries, do not hesitate to contact their customer services.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the brush shedding hairs, we take full responsibility of our product range and are available 24/7 for our precious customer's service.
The original badger hair brush always shed hairs by the usage and passage of time as it is made by the natural hairs and they could not be glued so sticky with any adhesive that the hairs would not shed, however if the frequency of hair shedding is fast it will have to be replaced.
We request you to please contact us at haryalilondon@gmail.com and share your address so we would be able to resolve your complaint by shipping you a best quality brush as an replacement. If some how you contacted us before this review we would have resolved your issue by now.
We are buying the hair knots from authentic seller and very few complaints for the same are reported till today.

Good Service
I ordered a monogrammed shaving set which turned up without the engraving and scuff marks to the brush. I contacted the company and they dispatched a new brush and razor (which were engraved) and threw in some free razors. Overall I am happy with their serivce.

This not the first shaving brush I've ordered from Haryali and the reason I ordered another brush is I think they are great . Plus they just make a great addition to my collection. They're a fine quality brush and even the handles are nice. So whenever I'm thinking of adding to my collection Haryali London is one of the places I look to. No complaints at all !

Not for anyone looking for a premium product (or service)
Haryali sent my shipment with Royal Mail and according to RM's notification the shipment was delivered but neither I nor the building caretaker received it, and as proof of delivery the building's picture has been posted on their website rather than getting someone's signature. The items were found inside the building later that day and surprise surprise some items were missing. I ordered 2 (6 packs of double edge safety razor blades) and 2 (100 count single edge razor blades) totaling just over £30 and none have arrived, only a single pack of 5 double edge razors. Furthermore, the steel straight cut throat razor that I ordered was surprisingly stain-full rather than stainless steel, I just didn't expect it to be dirty before it's even used. It has a big dark stain on the handle that cannot be washed off and it was slightly bent as if they were trying to get rid of the damaged goods through their online sales. Not a satisfied customer, nor a returning one. I definitely don't recommend Haryali for anyone looking for a premium product or service.
