Really happy with the product . Gives amazing feeling

Purchased harvest and hive product, was sent Green and Sister product, doesn't feel like a true tallow product, leaves skin feeling dry after a few hours.

I would personally avoid

Emiled for refund, was told they are currently rebranding and they already let their customers know... Refund request was ignored.

Avoid this scam company at all costs. I ordered 4 pots of balm and never received them. First complaint they gave me bull about it being made fresh. Said it takes about 5 days, it’s now been three weeks. I’ve asked for a refund. Hasn’t materialised. All emails they send are corrupted, and text is layered so you can’t read it. So not a legitimate domain being used. Or just a cheap plug in one. Today’s email won’t even open. Some fictitious guy called “ James Pieterson “ replies. And spelling not great. So my next point of call will now be to report it to trading standards ,as we all should. However might be worth noting, they have changed names more than once. Absolutely disgusting “ company “ ( I use that term lightly). I wish I’d have read reviews first, and on Instagram they clearly use fake ones. I also believe any good ones on here must be fake too. Easily done.Be warned or be scammed.

really wanted to love this product as i love a natural approach to skincare but if im being completely honest im not sure if i trust enough to put on my skin

first red flag: ordered from harvest and hive yet when the product arrived the packaging had a completely different name on it.

second red flag: also not UK based and/or made like they claim to be

third red flag: actual product does not look or feel like other authentic tallow products i have used in the past

I placed my order and it was shipped. Stuck in transit for a month. I've already contacted customer service and they were chasing it up, but I've not had a reply since asking for a refund.

They claim to be from UK, but the packaging is from USA but it is shipped from Hong Kong, I have screenshots to prove all of it. I reported them to the FTC for unfair trade practices

Too greasy want to return

So far, so good. Have been using 10 days and skin feels hydrated and stable.

Only need a small amount, lovely smell and my skin felt amazing so soft and hydrated would definitely recommend

Not from uk, different brand. Took longer than expected as it didn't come from uk like I said and no-one to speak to. Do not buy. Scam!!

Delivery took about 2 weeks which was longer than I’d like but my email asking what was happening was answered quickly by Marco with an explanation that they only make small batches at a time.

I got exactly what I ordered and have been using a small amount twice a day with surprisingly good results already.

Slow to arrive but worth the wait.
My skin feels amazing and I’m a face cream addict! I will be buying again and friends have already ordered! 🤗

Timely delivery, great product

I ordered as it stated made in Uk. It clearly isn’t, I want a refund as I don’t want to put this on my skin! That’s of course if it ever arrives. Total scam. I’ve sent emails and had no reply.

I ordered a British grown/made.Product. Harvest and Hive.
What I got was an American product Terra Lotus.
I've sent so many emails and nothing!!!
I am now taking steps to report to trading standard (UK) and FBI (USA) for fraudulent transactions
It's so annoying, you want to buy home.grown products from local family companies. But you get scammed.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

I made my order over a week ago and still haven't received the balms. I have email them regarding my order but I just received a generic automated email back. I have a funny feeling this is a scam

This is not made in the UK, you can buy it on Temu!! Chinese rubbish

Whilst I got a refund, I paid for the postage for the return and they kept the postage for sending out the cheap product… reported the page also

I ordered the Tallow creams on a offer they were doing. I ordered them om the 15th January 2026& stilll not arrived. Eventually a Marco replied and was consistent until the 30th Jan and said he was investigating with the courier company, where the creams were. Than absolutely nothing even with a fairly harsh email. I was a new customer to Harvest & Hive and was sooo exited to try the creams. One of them was a present aswell, no apologies that they were for a present. Just said sorry for inconvenience. I don't know where else to go from here?as they don't appear to have a telphone number to ring ?。
I have always give lovely reviews on products and honest reviews 😊 buy definitely not with this product. I just hope they either get back in touch with be promptly with a date when I will receive them or a refund.

Very nice product the time it took to get to me was quick and the cream is lovely on my skin especially as I worry about products that you don't know what's in them so this is as natural as it can be very happy

I really love this product. It does everything it promised to!! My skin is in such good condition now. Well packaged also!
