Harry Benmore Mattress Maker  Anmeldelser

I took time to research different mattress companies and kept coming back to Harry Benmore Mattresses and I am so glad that I did. The website was so informative about all of the mattress options and available tensions. I have to say communication was outstanding from both Harry and Michael, answering messages and calls. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Amazing customer service. The quality of the mattress surpassed our expectations. Really not sure how we coped on our old mattress! No more waking up with aches and pains! Would most definitely recommend and should we need to purchase another mattress, there is only one place that we will be buying from.

From start to finish what an absolute pleasure it was to purchase our mattress from Harry Benmore. Excellent British quality products and customer service that other companies should aspire to achieve. A company who genuinely listens to what you want then delivers exactly what you need. I haven’t slept this well for many years despite always having a named brand mattress in the past. Thank you Harry, you are a star, and will be recommending you and your products to everyone

Well, this company was a sheer pleasure to order from. We do have some specific health needs and the comprehensive assessment questionnaire to pick the right mattress for us was brilliant. We opted to have our old mattress taken away and I was brilliantly supported arranging this with Jane. We only had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery and had Harry himself leave a message to confirm this. We got a 3 hour time slot notification the day before and a promised call from the delivery drivers some 15 to 20 minutes prior to their arrival. The delivery and removal process was smooth and the guys from BJS deliveries were very polite and respectful. First night on the new mattress after years of MSK issues which we didn't necessarily relate solely to the old mattresses and wow! what a great night sleep we had. More importantly we woke up with no aches and pains. Even Sidney seemed more settled (he's a dog, we are not a throuple). We will definitely be recommending Harry Benmore Mattress Maker to others. Great quality, faultless customer service with a personal touch, and most importantly a bloody comfy mattress.

I was a little sceptical buying online without testing the mattress first. But I am glad I went for it.

Don't think of the free trial as a marketing gimmick. Harry personally sees to it that you get the mattress most suitable to your needs.

Firstly the story about Harry's grandma is very real and the showroom is a testament to her legacy. And I am a big fan of supporting local businesses which carry on with the legacy for future generations to enjoy.

Secondly the customer service and satisfaction is better than the big department stores. Attention to detail counts at every step of the decision to purchase to delivery experience.

Thirdly the quality of the product is awesome. I went for the Alpaca mattress and it is supreme! The sleep comfort, the weight of the fillings and handstitched sides is incredible.

Fourthly, you cannot go wrong with the price point offered. No, quality is not compromised and the sleep test helps with that reassurance and peace of mind.

Go buy one - you won't regret it.

(And no this is not paid sponsorship!)

Was very sceptical about buying another mattress i have had 3 quality ones in 10 years and all no good for my condition, polymaligia rumatica and osteoarthritis
Happy to say that i have purchased the Hybridpro and am spending more time in bed and sleeping aot more, great mattress very pleased, and the correspondence with Harry was excellent and giving me his expert advice, thank you

I’m so delighted with my new mattress noticed the difference on the first night. I have a collapsed vertebra and two slipped discs so I needed a medium firm mattress noticed the difference straight away. I’m so glad I bought it. It’s worth every penny better than a matress that comes rolled in a box, the quality is outstanding . Harry is so knowledgeable and helpful with all enquiries. I’m so happy I found you at the right time. Would highly recommend anybody looking for a proper mattress to look here and nowhere else. Thank you so much.

We bought the alpaca mattress and it is fabulous! The quality and comfort are second to none. We have only had it a few days but are confident that nothing will change. We sleep well all night long. Speedy, efficient delivery and double layered packaging. Harry was helpful and quick in responding to all our questions.

Purchased the hybrid pro wow this mattress is about as close as you can get to sleeping on a cloud it’s perfect my missus and I are both highly delighted. Had it about a month and from day one we both have the best nights sleep ever. We were so close to buying from a well known store and was told the warranty was for one year. I thought over a thousand pound and only one year was not good. Then an advert appeared on my Facebook when I saw the warranty was for 10 years I thought Harry must have a lot of faith in his product. Was dubious buying on line without trying but my fears were unfounded. Would recommend this company to anyone.

I'd been using a memory-foam hybrid mattress for the last few years and always found it a bit too unforgiving which caused hip and shoulder pain (as I'm a side sleeper). After much research Harry Benmore seemed to offer the best mix of support and comfort. I've had it a week now and it's like sleeping on a cloud. Amazingly comfortable. My smart-watch sleep app shows that I've had a quality sleep every night so far, compared to the mixed results that I used to get with my old mattress.

The customer service is top-notch too. After a bit of a mix-up regarding the collection of the old mattress, I was contacted immediately by the owner's brother who was able to rectify the issue same day. Faultless!

I would definitely recommend, not only for the quality and comfort of the product, but also for the exceptional level of customer care.

We bought a Mattress from Harry, but after a few weeks we could not get on with it, we exchanged it for the Hybrid Pro Super King, and it is so comfortable, the exchange process was easy and receiver and pick up was within 12 Days Amazing Service, Thank you Harry for all your help. Alan &Lyn

After many months of pain due to mattress and previous mistakes buying a mattress i contacted Harry on whatsapp. He messsged back, left a voice note with advice on the mattress he felt would suit us most after reviewing the information i provided. We went for the kingsize silk and cashmere. Harry and the team were extremely helpful, they also had many excellent reviews so decided to purchase. Delivered by BJS who were excellent. Mattress exceptional quality, 10 year warranty, bluelight discount and will change or refund if mattress not suitable (100 night sleep guarantee). Had best nights sleep in years since we got this. Service from start to finish has been exceptional. Would highly recommend.

After a hiccup with the delivery our purchase of the new mattress went smoothly
Henry and his brother snorted over the problem and their customer service was first class
We bought the hybrid pro and couldn’t be happier with the feel, comfort and ease at which the mattress has made bedtime feel
Thank you to all involved, another wonderful experience

We have had our new mattress one week and finding we are sleeping much better. The quality is first class as was the delivery time.
The delivery company were excellent and even delivered earlier that originally timed.
All in all a good experience.

From the beginning of my interest I was impressed by the commitment to producing a well priced quality product,
what also appealed was the use of natural materials & traditional pocketed springs as I was looking to replace my well used Vispring mattress.
I opted for what Harry suggested was the best option by ordering an Alpaca mattress which is frankly superb I also took advantage of a further saving by going for a clearance one & I anticipate many years of blissful slumber!!
Please give Harry, his team & their excellent range of mattresses serious consideration…..
Thanks again,
Regards Geoff

The best mattress I can imagine. I ordered soft and it is really soft and comfortable from the moment you sit on it until next morning. I highly recommend this medium/soft silk and cashmere to anyone fed up with hard solid mattresses which feel like boards. Excellent night’s sleep. It came within promised dates and delivery was as predicted with helpful staff.

Had our silk and cashmere king size for just over a week. Getting used to it after a sagging foam mattress. Very comfortable and impressed with the quality. Communication with Harry was excellent, advising us by email suitable mattresses. Website easy to view and make final decision. Delivery company very good, and was able to communicate directly with them regarding vehicle size and access to our property. Very impressed.

From start to finish have had an excellent experience with this company and, more so, Harry himself who has responded to every enquiry or follow up question. We initially chose the Alpaca which, under the trial, just didn’t suit us but is no reflection at all on the quality of the product. We just needed a different feel and firmness. This was no problem for Harry and his team, who were very understanding and helpful in guiding our choices. They swapped it for a Silk and Cashmere - no questions asked, seamless and we even received a refund of the difference in price. Both mattresses are very clearly well made, right down to the small details - you can just tell you’re dealing with a well considered product from the materials to the construction and even the way they’re packaged for delivery. I’m sure running a business is hard work and you won’t always please all customers all of the time, but Harry’s approach is totally refreshing, his hands on involvement is admirable and the customer promise is sincere and genuine. There aren’t the right words to recommend them highly enough without sounding sycophantic - just excellent!

We love, love our new wool and cotton, mattress. Great service, great helpful delivery, great initial conversations with Harry on What's App. Felt safe and personal to order from you on FB. Not something I would normally do. I did loads of comparisons, best price, 👌 do it!

Bought a new mattress from the Welling show room a couple of weeks ago. Service was impeccable, choice was straightforward and my confidence in the product was raised. Absolutely love it. After a fortnight sleeping, why didn’t we do it a couple of years ago. It’s been cool during the heat and easy to turn with the handles (especially the one on the bottom. Thanks the Benmores will certainly recommend.

Love the mattress and the ventilated topper layer that is designed to keep you cool really works and is really appreciated this summer.

Service from Benmore has been superb, would purchase from them again
