Where do I begin...
Where do I begin.... smh... took about a month to receive and I was patiently waiting, due to being so exiting to having a new pair of sparkling sandals. They looked so amazing through the photos, however that is not the case. They are cheaply made and doesn't look like the photos at all. The rhinestone are so cheaply attached and are already falling off and I barely open the packaged. Horrible, I will never make a purchase from this website ever again. Can't even return them because they did not send a order form .

Poor Customer Experience and Questionable Business Practices
I never thought that a request to return an item would be so difficult. The quality of shoe is not what I expected and the size was too small. After initially providing the order number, I was asked to provide photos and the original shipping label, none of which are listed per the Return and Refund Policy. I provided all relevant information including the original order number, photos of the items, shipping delivery confirmation, and original tracking numbers for the shipment. After providing the requested information per the Harrow Ellis Return and Refund Policy site plus the additional information that was not listed, I'm now on my fifth email simply requesting the return form and return address. Instead the offer from the customer service team was to send a replacement item and I would be responsible for the shipping cost....
If I wanted a different size, I would have requested one. If the Harrow Ellis policy is "buy as is" then please state so on the front so customers can avoid the backend hassle.

Do not trust or believe this website. It operates as a drop shipper from China and uses a bogus address on Hudson St. In New York, which can be verified as non existent using the internet. They will offer you a bogus "tracking number" in an attempt to pacify you until you give up. Only response will be automated AI generated. They violate every U.S. statute.The items on order will not be received, or a refund.

Very disappointing experience with Harrow Ellis.
The item I purchased cost $79.95, and only after multiple emails back and forth with customer service, they agreed to refund about 30% of what I paid. It took repeated communication just to receive that partial refund, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the items shown online look nothing like the actual products received. The photos and descriptions are extremely misleading and do not accurately represent the real quality or appearance of the merchandise.
Overall, the company’s advertising and customer service practices feel very deceptive. Customers should be aware that the policies presented before purchase may not be honored afterward.
I would not recommend buying from Harrow Ellis.

This company is an absolute scam. Do not buy anything from them.
I was really disappointed with these shoes. They looked okay in the photos, but in person they felt very cheap and nowhere near the quality I expected for the price. After they arrived, I found what looks like the exact same pair on SHEIN for way less.
Customer service offered a replacement, but I no longer trusted the quality of the products. They also stated that if I returned the item internationally, packages are frequently “lost, delayed, or rejected at customs,” which could prevent a refund from being issued. That made the return process feel unreasonable and risky.
Overall, this felt like a dropshipping operation selling very cheap products at heavily inflated prices. I would not purchase from this company again.

I posted a review and Harrow Ellis asked me to follow up, which I did, twice and they never responded even though it has been weeks. They finally responded to my complaint emails saying they’d help with the return or “offer alternatives” and they are now completely unresponsive despite me following up twice. Do not buy from this company. They are scammers. - THE EMAILS ARE NOT IN THE SPAM FOLDER. You literally reply ONCE and then go silent. So your emails have been reaching my inbox - but obviously not the imaginary ones that you never send. Asking me to send yet another email is ridiculous when you just don’t respond. DON’T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

If I could give negative stars I would. These shoes are not what they advertise. Go ahead and waste your money. My kids were dying laughing at the quality and how they looked on. I literally threw them in the garbage BEFORE embarrassing myself in public with that garbage on. Buyer be aware…like oceanfront property in Montana!!!

Purchased a pair of heels for 74.95 and received a pair that did not match the picture. It had brown straps in the picture and came with silver sparkle straps. Experienced extended bartering emails with the customer service rep telling me I can keep the item and would receive a store credit. I wanted to return for a refund and kept emailing her over several days and she would only offer store credit. I asked for return policy and she wouldn’t send it. Finally received a form and was told I could get a refund if I returned item to a China address (within 30 days from delivery) and by then it was too late.
