A wonderful experience for a sentimental purchase!
My purchase through Harper Kendall's website was so easy. The package arrived from London to the US quickly, with tracking provided. It was safely shipping and the pendant was exactly as pictured. I had been searching for 5yrs for a lost/stolen pendant that was a gift from my late father. I looked online and in every jewelry store without luck - until I saw this one. I cried and knew whatever the price it was worth it. I didn't know how much it would mean when I opened the box -- but it was so incredibly special. The pendant is stunning!!! I wasn't expecting a chain, but it was a nice surprise. I'd also like to thank customer service for quickly refunding the shipping charge that was added in error. An all around fantastic experience!!

Ordered a 20 inch necklace but got 18 inch
Ordered a 20 inch necklace and they sent 18 inch. When requested return they insisted the order was right, but measured it and certainly was the wrong length. Return was approved, but not a good experience.

In many cases, the stated length refers to the full length of the chain, including the clasp, and certain chain styles or link structures can also influence how the piece measures when laid flat.
Our team checks items against the listed specification before dispatch, and based on our assessment, the chain supplied matched the ordered length according to standard jewellery measuring practice. That said, we fully understand that fit and expectations can vary, and we appreciate you taking the time to raise the concern.
If a piece ever arrives and does not feel right for you, we are always happy to help resolve the matter. If, for any reason, a chain is not as described or the length is not suitable, we are more than willing to arrange an exchange for an alternative length where possible. I’m absolutely in love with my Belcher…
I’m absolutely in love with my Belcher bracelet. The chain is strong but still dainty enough to look elegant on my wrist, and the heart charm detail is just beautiful — delicate filigree with a secure clasp that feels really special. It’s one of those timeless pieces you can wear every day but also dress up for an occasion. I’ve already had compliments on it and couldn’t be happier.

Sorry, but you are very much mistaken. The sterling silver is not fake and is completetly 100% genuine. All our jewellery is fully Hallmarked and Certified genuine, if you had any concerns, you should have contacted us directly before leaving an incorrect review when we could have clarified things if you had any concerns.
Don’t trust them
Asked about the weight of a bracelet and they refused to tell me.
Rule number 1) Don’t trust ANY jewellers who can’t / won’t tell you the weight of the item / metal they are selling.
That basically means it weights peanuts and they are charging you over the odds ….

That is not the case at all. We always provide the weight information and details when available. Unfortunately, in this instance, we could not provide you with the weight information of that particular bracelet since we do not hold the weight information for every single piece due to the huge number of jewellery pieces we carry on our store. However, we always try and provide any details in regards to weight or any other information as best we can if it's available on our system. We apologise for any inconvenience.
