Placed an order which never arrived. Company never responded to messages or phone calls. Fortunately ebay recompensed me. Do not use!

finally...

Hi,
We have mailed you on this matter.
As you know London is under Tier 4 restriction with complete lockdown.
We have dispatched your order on 18th December itself with DPD for 2-3 days delivery to France.
As you know all of a sudden the EU / UK restriction came for flights and movement of goods due to the new strain of virus spreading in UK, this is the reason why the parcel got delayed.
We are trying with courier company to sort this.
We are responsible British Business with utmost priority to customer satisfaction and we assure you that we will sort this for you.
We have compensation/Insurance also in place so its all secured.
Kind Regards,
Customer Service Team

Ordered an item but received the wrong size. Sent them email to advise I’d accept a partial refund of the difference between the two items to keep things simple. They replied acknowledging the mistake and agreed to the refund. Frustratingly had to chase this up. Quality of item is fantastic and good value for money.
