Had a little bit of of a problem on my end sent track with out vocals then sent my interview Bio information in then everything is going wonderfully 🙏 tight for a year!!!! artist SATGAME one year on harmony fm 🥶🧬🏦🎶🍾🍞 BMI should be tracking my numbers and plays now
The website is very user unfriendly. You have to continuously write emails to get to where you need to be. In addition, I paid for the one year album promotion, and my money disappeared into a black hole. Very poor customer support, and no way to upload music. I have yet to hear anything from this site concerning what I paid for, and I'm thinking of filing a lawsuit.
Addendum: The money I paid appeared back on my credit card the following day. Harmony support did get in touch with me and then sent an invoice to expedite the payment process, but sent me to the same link for payment. Again, there was a problem with the transaction, as it appears that the only possible way to pay for any service that Harmony offers is ONLY through Paypal which I do not have.
So while I did finally get support from Harmony, the website is not user friendly, nor is it easy in any sense to actually perform monetary transactions with them.
As to whatever services they offer, it is unknown how they are since it is impossible (for me anyway) to do any kind of business transactions with them.

Dear James,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we truly appreciate your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered while trying to complete your payment and access our services.
Please note that we’ve successfully processed similar transactions for other artists using debit cards without any issues. After receiving your report, our support team immediately contacted PayPal’s customer care for a full follow-up to determine whether the issue may have originated from your bank or on our end.
We understand how frustrating this situation can be, and we value your patience as we work to identify and resolve the cause. Our goal has always been to make every client’s experience seamless and transparent.
In the meantime, we remain available to assist you directly with any preferred alternative payment method and to ensure your promotion proceeds smoothly once payment is completed.
Thank you again for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to improve our platform.
Warm regards,
Harmony Wave FM Support Team

Firstly, they seem to follow up quickly without being pushy and also offer a range of promotional ideas to suit small time artist's budgets.
As a fan of the station, I enjoy listening to the incredibly diverse music spread. It's great for eclectic fans who want to listen to some music but can't decide what kind of music... if you know what I mean. This is also great for me as an eclectic musician who is willing to experiment with mixing genres in a way that might pre-dispose me to being overlooked.
Great experience. Awesome team and they get right on the job once you send over your music.
Thank you Harmony Wave FM for helping me get my musics out there globally. I really appreciate your kind gestures towards me
I've just joined the Harmony crew and I looking forward to great times working together !
Thanks Harmony Wave FM for providing me with the opportunity to air my compositions for the first time! Although I have been performing in pop and concert bands for many years, it's only recently that I have taken to composing music of my own. It's great to see that there is a radio station that supports new artists like myself. Once again, thank you Harmony Wave FM for your support.
It's with pleasure to say THANKS HARMONY WAVE FM for blessing all talented unsigned artists like myself with a chance to be heard by new fans all over the world you guys are truly a blessing. Appreciate the rotation and Stay Solid as a rock 🪨✊🏽🙏🏾🙌🏾❤️💯
Well. I have been doing music for over 20 years. To receive any kind of airplay is really a task at best. Getting my music ideas recorded was never the problem. I have done tons of studio work. Background and foreground
Having an opportunity to share my work with others is a great pleasure for me.
Thank you Harmony wave FM for this opportunity to reach out to others and make new fans
JUICY!!!
