My experience with Harmony Homecare Suffolk was very disappointing. Staff work hard to provide quality care, yet they often do not feel valued or supported by management. I also experienced issues regarding my pay, which affected my trust in the company. Furthermore, I observed that when difficulties arise in the relationship with a client, the company appears to choose the easiest solution by ending services for the client rather than working to resolve the situation....run away

Thanks to Petricia and Tanticia who're doing a great, very efficient, very professional and caring job helping out my dad (older man with Parkinson's disease).

The regular carers Stefan, Marcella, Patrica and Tantica are absolutely amazing. They cared for my father treating him with the utmost respect, dignity and kindness. They also showed so much compassion for my mother.
We miss them greatly and thank them again for care.

I met Marian Oancea for the first time today. He was called out to help my partner who is currently disabled recovering from a serious accident. He was a very gentle, organised and friendly young man. Marian turned up on time and reassured my partner regarding his pain relief as well as fitting his night catheter bag professionally. He also checked my partner had taken his night medication. I would highly recommend and trust him to care for your loved one.

Tantica and Patrica are excellent carers. Being doubley incontinent, they make me feel happy to know they are doing their job well. I do not feel embarrassed and can have a laugh with them which is important to me.

Patrica and Tantica are very caring people,They are the best couple that look after me and care for me through out the day.

Huge thanks to my husband's carers, Tantica and Petrica, who are always very professional and reassuring. Tantica and Petrica are an experienced team who always go 'above and beyond' to make my husband feel comfortable.

Petrica and Tania are very good carers, they demonstrate a very loving and professional approach in all things when they come to our home to care for Gillians personal care, they are gentle and kind in their approach and we find no fault with them at all. Well done

Mother's care provided by the Harmony Homecare team of Tantica and Petrica is excellent. As Mother is confined to a bed they take care of all her personal needs with care, efficiently and with a smile. A big thank you to all the teams who provide Mother's care.

These carers have really got to know my partner and myself, and that really helps with understanding each other, and things going smoothly. P&T, and S&M are an asset to Harmony, they bring to their work, professionalism, and humour that is critical when they have to do a complex list of tasks. Both our usual teams, deal well with my fluctuating needs. The carers need to understand that they have to enter our private world and home, and balance their professionalism and necessary tasks, with empathy for the wish for privacy wherever possible. Empathy, and understanding of this are always appreciated. They are completely trustworthy and reliable. Thank you, we could not manage without you.

Harmony Homecare provide care for my Dad, , the care & support from the support workers Stefan, Marcela, Tantica & Petrica are excellent, they are professional, caring, compassionate and understand of my Dad’s needs, he is very happy. Stephanie (daughter).

The two carers arrive twice a day and morning and early evening to care for my husband. They are well trained, wear the correct protective items on entry to our home. They are very able and polite and cheerful. We are very pleased with the Harmony Homecare Services. Their services help enormously.

Dad has dementia, is bed bound now and doubly incontinent, and his regular care teams take care of all difficulties with minimum fuss and embarrassment for Dad. They work extremely hard, are professional, treat Dad with kindness and efficiency, and are always friendly and discreet. We couldn't manage without them and are lucky to have their help at this difficult time.

I was at mum's this evening when the carers arrived, I had met them before and as usual they were totally professional, I explained the problem that we had with mum's hospital bed and Dinu was quick to sort out the problem while Lori was quick to see that mum's position in bed wasn't comfortable and repositioned her to make her comfortable. I them saw something that I hadn't seen for months the smile on mum's face went from ear to ear when Lori was talking to her, mum really thinks the world of Lori and I think she really looks forward to her visits. I can't thank you enough as being confined to bed can't be much fun but Lori does seem to brighten mum's day.

Harmony Home Care are an absolutely fantastic company the carers talk to people like Human beings they never talk down To the client, they know exactly how to talk to people. Also very knowledgeable on the Care and deal with more embarrassing care In a way that doesn’t make people feel awkward. The company will go out of their way for people easy to talk to, A great phone service and if there are issues they will be in touch. Truly above and beyond

Harmony Homecare carried out a thorough assessment of my elderly father's needs, and although he needed little help at first, he felt very comfortable with his regular carer. When his needs suddenly increased, Harmony Homecare responded promptly to my shout of help and were able to provide extra visits by excellent carers who were smart, capable and efficient to tide us over a very difficult time. I can't thank them enough!
