C'est tout simplement une arnaque. Après une "semaine test" non concluante, j'ai eu un prélèvement de 76€ sans aucun accord de ma part. Sachez que votre "plan" c'est uniquement des recettes que vous pouvez trouver sur internet. C'est vraiment n'importe quoi

The app doesn’t recognise your dietary preferences. Despite entering that I’m vegetarian I was suggested recipes with fish in. Plus, it advertises as a 4 week trial and says nothing about an automatic subscription which comes at a whopping 43 (!) Euros per month. Don’t bother, you can rather ask AI for better recipes than these scammers.

Be very careful when subscribing to this site, no warning before the take out a payment which was nearly £40, the app is definitely not worth that amount every month and when you request a refund the day the payment is processed they refuse to refund you and you haven't used the app or the extortionate cost.

Absolutely useless company. I signed up in April then quickly relaised it was nothing more than a meal plan and a very poor app with recipes which you can easily get free online. I sent a contact email to their address requesting that I did not get signed up for a subscription. No reply and I should have chased them yes but life is busy. Did not use the app and deleted it pretty quickly. Fast forward to June and they have taken £65 off me. I immediately emailed the same email address and requested it was cancelled, they did that quickly but then I tried to get a refund and that experience is horrendous, they keep replying to me saying I need to send them evidence of my request to cancel from April. Every time it is a different person and the ridiculous thing they are saying they don't have the email I sent despite emailing from the same address!

Total scammers. Avoid at all costs.

He visto la respuesta que han dado, en inglés, que ni siquiera son capaces de contestar en castellano. Y me da igual lo que digan... son unos timadores.

Overall the app is basic and the meal plan is not worth it.

I looked into the app for the meal planning, purchased what I thought was a 4-week meal plan for $12.00ish. then four weeks later I was charged 49.99, no notification no billing statement, not even sure what this is for, as the website stated the price for a monthly subscription is 39.99. When I noticed the pending charge, I email to cancel and requested a refund, customer service is horrible and will not escalate to review.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Harmony Diet. I was charged for a subscription and was not able to get a refund, even after trying to request help. The refund process was frustrating and unclear, and I felt like there was no real support or easy way to resolve the issue.

Customers should be clearly informed about charges, subscription terms, and refund options before being billed. I would caution others to carefully review the terms, check your subscription settings, and make sure you understand the billing before signing up.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Harmony Diet unless they improve their customer service and refund process.

RIPOFF!!! Useless. The app it’s just a meal planner that can be obtained free somewhere else. It wants you to buy extras every step of the setting up. Emailed them twice straight away to cancel a possible subscription just in case, I was not sure I have signed for one. Did not received confirmation and I have been charged a renewal of an app I have not used and I don’t want.

Vorsicht vor dieser App! Hier wird man direkt in eine Abo-Falle gelockt. Das Abonnement läuft kurioserweise schon, bevor man die App überhaupt richtig installiert hat. Alles ist extrem kleingedruckt und absichtlich unübersichtlich gestaltet. In der Kaufzusammenfassung wird groß mit einem 4-Wochen-Abo geworben. Erst viel weiter unten – in absolut kleinster Schrift – versteckt sich der Hinweis, dass es sich automatisch verlängert und dann plötzlich das 4-Fache monatlich kostet!
Eine Reklamation oder eine anteilige Erstattung ist komplett unmöglich, selbst wenn man die Kündigung nur um 2 Tage verpasst hat. Kulanz gibt es hier nicht. Als ich den Support kontaktieren wollte, um das zu klären, kam die nächste Enttäuschung: Hilfe gibt es ausschließlich auf Englisch. Für den deutschen Markt ist das absolut verbraucherunfreundlich und eine Frechheit. Finger weg!

Les doy 1 estrella porque no tengo la opción de darles 0.
Compré una semana de dieta, indiqué que soy vegetariana estricta y que no consumo carnes de ningún tipo y me mandan un plan que en las comidas lo que lleva es salmón y pescado.
Luego me hacen un cobro de 75€ sin yo autorizarlo y cuando les escribo para reclamar me dicen que al comprar la semana (muy barata por cierto) se renovaría automáticamente si no se cancela antes.
Son una verdadera vergüenza, no devolver el dinero a la gente es algo muy malo. Engañar de esa manera es peor y ofrecer un servicio tan malo de atención al cliente ni se diga.
