Good, easy communication throughout the whole application process. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t understand while I was applying and once I accepted the loan. Instructions and advice were clear and concise.
They are easy to talk to.and they adjust so it would be manageable to return the payment. Awesome. Less stress in paying .

So easy to submit a request and fast response!
I did not believe that my loan could be approved so fast. The service was excellent and it is unbelievable. It was not only easy to navigate online but also very quick and efficient response.
I would highly recommend Harmoney to anyone who want to get the best deal out there when having to borrow money.
Excellent service, easy to apply. I always go back to Harmoney.
Offered me a loan at 23.99% when other companies offered me the same loan at 10-11%. I can't see any Google reviews for this company, I wonder why???

Your credit check system is dubious, your application process is antiquated, your unwillingness to provide a set interest rate is unforgiveable and corrupt, what is a ‘personalised interest rate’ it is bordering on illegal and corrupt and to set individual rates is dishonest, nobody else does this apart from loan sharks, A set rate needs to be mandatory! your customer communications and service is inadequate, your understanding of small business ABN tax and GST is inferior, your early positive response to applications is false, …………………… It appears that all the negative reviews (which are numerous) online are true, I will now join the cue and post as many negative reviews on as many sites I can find. For your information I have secured a consolidation loan today from one of your rivals at a set rate. You are no better than scammers.
I bet you don’t reply! Simply because you don’t care and you know what I am stating is all factual and true. I will ‘bag’ you lot to everyone I meet.

I have found signing up and communicating with the customer service team rather confusing. I guess most people have a passport or ID when they sign up because they don't seem to have an issue like this often. At the time I didn't but when I got one recently, I went back to my account and in the details section it says any details you can't change, call us. I originally emailed them and it seemed to me that they basically said, you had to add details to the about you section to add ID info but that was confusing as it was locked for me. I eventually called them and somehow realised that it was because you HAD to apply for a quote first and add ID info that way for them to review. It will be unlikely I will apply for their services further as I found it confusing and I should have realised sooner what you needed to do. Perhaps the people I talked to were frustrated with me, I know I can be frustrating and perhaps they were also having a bad day or sick of people asking as I had. It was just confusing because the website pushed you to call them for answers but their team made it seem like I shouldn't have contacted them for info?

Harmoney were fine over $250,000 for misleading consumers (referenced in the NZHerald). I tested their service offering a $1000 loan and was immediately declined. Avoid this service.
i invested a lot of money in harmoney recently i lost over $1600 they charge loans of full if no payments .all so the site is dread full poor logins account in credit then money disappears not until you complain its put back with excuse of defaulters but wen in credit then minus must be a lot of defaulters they have got rid of account managers . call center is in fiji your money is safer in the bank you have no recourse to recover any default loans
