Not good — they offer far less than what they promise
I'll try to be as fair as possible in this review, but it doesn't look good.
Let's start with the positives. Yes, the credit packs give you a lot of punch for the price. There are some sought after models in their catalogue (but keep on reading, because the full picture around available models is pretty grim).
The API is OpenAI-compatible, so setting it up with any harness is a cinch.
That's it. Here's where positives end.
Their website straight out lies to you. You go on their homepage, and you see some bold claims: 100+ models, cheap access to Anthropic models, yadda yadda yadda. The problem is that a the moment there are only 39 models available. Less than 40% of what they advertise. And half of them aren't working. OpenAI's GPT - nope, down, all versions. Kimi K3 - down, and has been down for a long time. Same with half of DeepSeek models.
Additionally, access to Claude models straight from Anthropic requires additional verification. For what reason - who knows? But you're not told that by the website, before you create an account and purchase some credits. This information is buried in the docs. Very unethical. Without jumping additional hurdles you're stuck with their prefixed models, and there are only two: Opus and Sonnet, both 4.6. You want version 5? You gotta be separately approved for that.
Their routing is also quite slow. You often need to wait an upward of 30 seconds for your request to even be routed to an available endpoint.
The credit pack purchasing is unnecessarily complicated. You first purchase credits, that get put in your vault. Then you have to manually withdraw them from the vault into your account. Only then can you start using them. The entire procedure is very badly documented, and once you've figured out what the hell is going on, it gets easier, but still adds many unnecessary steps to what should be a simple purchase, like in OpenRouter. I buy credits, they land in my account. Done. That's what it should look like. I shouldn't have to mess around with vaults, deposits, withdrawals, or any other kind of nonsense like this.
Overall, I don't think it's worth it. If you're looking for affordable access to GLM 5.3 - you can consider it. But for any other purpose this provider is absolutely not a good choice!
