Happy Drains were very efficient in producing a drainage report for me, and gave me lots of advice about what to do next. Their representative was keen to ensure a thorough check of all the drains was completed so I was able to confirm to builders the layout of the drains before excavations started. The report was clear and very thorough.

Excellent service unlocking a drain. Good communication and prompt arrival of the engineer. A very reasonable price which exactly matched the quote. This is the second time I have used this company and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Rang for happy drains to come out and unblock drains on property, given a quote for £126 and online says jetting no extra charge. When the two men came out they didn’t bring the jet with them. After an hour they decided they couldn’t sort the issue without the jet so would send someone back out the next day. Didn’t hear any more from them so the next day I called to see what time they were coming. I was told for them to come out it would be £550 after already paying £126 for someone to come and not fix the issue. Eventually they took responsibility and agreed to come out for free for 1 hour. They arrived and wandered round the property, after exactly 60 mins… they couldn’t sort this issue, and blamed the council. Had to get another company to come out, paid more money and the other company unblocked the drain in around 30-40 minutes. The staff from happy drains were clearly incompetent. Never got the money back for a job they couldn’t do! Would not recommend to anyone. We had block drains for 5 days due to them.
