My dog has battled with alergies for the past 5 years. Her skin, at times, is so bad that I have cried myself to sleep. I tried raw, I tried hypoallergenic. I tried every lotion, every potion known to man.
An advert for Happy Dog popped up, offering a free trial and I figured it was worth a go.
Fast forward 4 months until now and I have a completely different dog! She's having the ostrich kibble, it has been an absolute game changer! Not only is her skin almost completely healed, but her energy and sparkle have returned.
As for the company, for the most part I've received next day delivery via DPD which is brilliant. I am notified when it's with the courier and later given a time slot for delivery.
It's obviously slightly dearer than generic kibble, but still cheaper than the hypoallergenic recommended by the vet. You definitely get your moneys worth in my opinion.
If you have a dog with skin alergies, I 100% recommend giving one of the novel protiens a go. I cant believe the difference in my dog, thank you so much Happy Dog. You gave me my dog back!

My dog is a very fussy eater and has even refused to eat at times. We had tried various different foods and then came across a trial for Happy Dog. I'll be honest I didn't think my dog would eat it. However he loved it! After the trial pack I ordered another bag, still expecting him to go off it as he has done so many times before but he hasn't. I'm delighted. My dog had a skin condition on his paws & tummy, which he had seen the vet about. This has now gone completely, his stools are also much better & it's definitely down to his Happy Dog food. He's gone from not eating anything to eating three smaller meals a day, which he prefers. There are many different varieties of food for different dogs & different needs. I highly recommend this dog food. I've now signed up for the subscription service. The food arrives quickly & is well packaged.

I have tried so many different foods for my cockapoo and this is the only one that agrees with this stomach the quality is good and a really quick service would recommend this to anyone struggling to find a food that agrees with there dog and he also clears his bowl every time .

I have been purchasing Happy Dog Lamb and Rice Sensible Junior for our now 17 month old. Following research it was the only brand I could find that offered a ‘Junior’ product as a transition between puppy and adult kibble together with options that were not chicken based as she seems to have a sensitivity to this. Just as described the shape of the kibble seems to aid her digestion as no ‘slow feeder’ bowl could prevent her rapid intake of food and she loves the lamb and rice option. Thanks to the nutritional content ( and fabulous genes 😉) she has grown into a beautifully healthy, strong and energetic dog with an absolutely gleaming coat. I use the subscription option as it offers better value for money, the speed of despatch & delivery is incredibly fast and the customer service is absolutely exceptional with an obvious in depth knowledge of both the brand and dogs being held by those responding. I will continue to use the brand into her adult life and highly recommend both the product and company.

The food being single protein cuts down on allergies, the dogs absolutely love it. The only negative is being unable to buy from a supermarket ( in UK) although delivery is prompt.

Moved to Happy Dog a while ago when one of our dogs had been having really bad skin and digestion issue. We had tried various other options, in and out of vets and were getting no where. I came across novel protein information when searching online and had a look at the Happy Dog site. We started with a trial pack of their hyper sensitivity food. Our dog was happy with it so we tried a large bag over 7-8 weeks and no other foods. So pleased that we tried this because the skin and digestion issues have completely gone. Would highly recommended as both our dogs are now on the food. It’s great quality seems decent price for what you are getting and the delivery is very quick and well organised can’t fault them.

I’ve been happily feeding my 9 year old German Shepherd, Happy Dog since he was 8 weeks, as the breeders gave us a free bag on the day we brought him home and he still loves it!!! Always empty bowls. The price is also very reasonable compared to some other brands, with good service and next day delivery.

Great product... excellent support from Hugo...the favourite food for our Chow Chow!

The products are high quality, although you may not get it right for your dog straight away, especially if your dog needs a low fat diet. The courier service is very reliable and the customer service team are very helpful, which is good because I have found my monthly order on the website very difficult to make changes to without their help.

After 2 years of consistently purchasing from Happy Dog, I'm very happy. The food is excellent quality. Im not a fan of any of the prescribed foods for allergies. The ingredients do not fill me with confidence, so I decided to dive deep into elimination diets. Happy Dog offer a wide variety of single protein foods. Im also very pleased with their customer services.

I've been trying my pooches with different dog food over time and finally I found Happy dog for the three of them,and they love it.
All good stuff no nasty rubbish and delivery is so quick order one day get it the next.

Great service ordered on a Monday arrived next day Tuesday. Top quality dog kibble, my dog loves it and he thrives on it with energy & a healthy body. His coat is silky smooth and think it’s the oils in the food. Would recommend this good for active dogs 🥰

Customer service is great and you can actually speak to a human which makes a change these days. the food is really good quality my dog absolutely loves Norway but will also eat other flavors. It is nice to vary his diet with protein sources that are different to many other brands. As he is a typical GSD his stomach is very sensitive so not all flavors suit him but we have found ones that suit. It is nice that you can create a 12 pack of different flavors so you can work out which ones suit your dog best

My girl (bulldog) has been on so many medications from the vet for skin issues different foods that cost a fortune (vet prescription) and nothing seemed to work, I was introduced to happy dog from my niece and what a difference it’s made no more patchy fur spots no more itching no more bad infections in her rope (nose) area even her bowel movement a whole lot better not had a water infection since using either and she got these a lot ! Can not recommend this food enough I will never fall for the gimmicks and false claims from other manufacturers (I’ve had them all) If you are looking to try a new food you will not be disappointed
