I feel very happy and thrilled to share…

I feel very happy and thrilled to share my experience with Happiness Gurukul, this is the place who are Suffering from Insomnia, over thinking, Stress, anxiety and some thing related to these. I tried many things to come out these problems.But nothing helped, finally I joined Happiness ultra breathwork program and got solution. Sleep like a Baby by Happiness Gurukul

I am so lucky that I finally met Amol & Shruti. They are world class coaches. I did Sleep like a Baby, amazing 1 day workshop. I experienced neurosomatic breathwork which made me instantly release stress, anxiety on the spot. I felt very clam and happy. I slept 7 hours non stop the same night and got deep sleep after ages. My big gratitude to Happiness Gurukul. Any one struggling with Sleep & Stress, should go without doubt and join Sleep Like a Baby.❤️

⭐ Honest Review: Sleep Like a Baby Workshop by Shruti Maheshwari

I had a very disappointing experience with this workshop.
It feels like the entire session is mainly focused on selling their expensive master programs, not on genuinely helping participants. The marketing is extremely aggressive, and the workshop seems more like a funnel to push people into buying the next program.

I joined with a lot of excitement, expecting real solutions.
But except for some basic theoretical science and general suggestions that are easily available for free on the internet, there was nothing practical or valuable.

What upset me the most is the fake marketing narrative.
They promote “Sleep better for just ₹99,” but after paying for the workshop and even paying ₹199 more, I did not receive the recording, music, or PDF that they initially promised.
Later, they simply denied it and started pushing me to join their “new program” instead.

Overall, it felt like a scam-like experience.
More of a money-making strategy than a genuine sleep-help workshop.
Very money-minded, not customer-centric at all.

Totally disappointed. Would not recommend.

Infact The Session/workshop is recorded old one they just repeated it

Even this 3 Hour Sleep Like a Baby Workshop is extremely powerful to have impacted over 10k Lives.

The deeper transformation journey happens through our coaching programs because meaningful sleep improvement often requires guided practices, repetition, accountability, and a step-by-step system over time, rather than a single workshop session.

Regarding your concern around bonuses and materials, we sincerely apologize if there was any confusion or inconvenience. Bonuses and resources are typically shared through emails and community posts, and we understand that sometimes messages can be missed or they land in SPAM.

We also tried reaching out multiple times to help and resolve your concerns, but unfortunately we could not connect.

You are in the right hands..!!

Hi friends,it's almost 2.5 months since I joined Happiness Gurukul for my sleep and fibromyalgia issues. I was under pills for my sleep, anxiety and fibromyalgia pain issues.For first 1.5 months of my joining I didn't find any change but I kept doing all the practises guided by Amol and Shruthi. After 45 days I started seeing changes and reduced my medication to 50 %. It's 2 months now and I am almost 90% out of my sleep meds and sleeping for 5-6 hrs. The mantras that helped me where "slow down your breath", "don't chase sleep" and "move from default to design".Amol's unstoppable breathwork and Shruthi's EFT, deep equal breathing are my favorites!! I feel happy that this this program really works for me..not just sleep , but now I have started focussing on my other life goals.. Next I am looking to focus on how I can overcome my fibromyalgia pain. I am very much confident I can achieve it with the help of Amol and Shruthi. I highly recommend this program for all insomniacs.. do everything they instruct us with trust and belief ,choose what works for you and keep repeating it !! Honest review

I can vouch for this 100%. Anybody dealing with sleep issues or any kind of stress, they must definitely try this. Follow the guidelines provided by Amol and Shruti. Be consistent and there! You have got your happiness, calm, sleep and peace back .. never to ruin it again.. because with yoga sutras and breath work you will realise how simple it actually is to be happy and calm. You will laugh at all the stress you had taken and all the sleepless nights because now you will know the science behind it.

I have received 100% results and it's totally worth it !!

Sleep improved

Transformational Experience With Happiness Gurukul

Almost three months ago, tired of the vicious cycle of sleepless nights and inadequate sleep—which led to an upset daytime routine and daily anxiety—I chanced upon an invite to a webinar on 'Sleep Like a Baby.' This turned out to be 'God-sent' and a total eye-opener.
​It was a two-hour discourse on the 'What, Why, and How' of matters related to sleep. We learned about inner body clocks, nervous systems, and brain pathways. The importance of the sun and moon was also emphasized. The 'dos and don'ts' that followed summed up the routine to be adhered to over the next couple of months. The theory, which was covered by Shruti-ji and amplified by Amol-ji, left little doubt about its efficacy.
​The routine—consisting of breathwork, EFT, equal breathing, crushing and flipping negative thoughts, and night-time meditation—commenced immediately. It did appear overwhelming, but Amol-ji's constant guidance broke it down into very doable parts.
​Despite following the routine sincerely, the initial progress seemed slow. However, around the second week, I was pleasantly surprised and much relieved to have logged two nights of 7+ hours of sleep. This was unthinkable just weeks ago. After that, there was no looking back. My sleep became consistent, which had an all-around positive effect on my daytime routine. What’s more, my wife even complimented me on my much calmer demeanor. This entire experience has been like reclaiming control over a very important facet of my life.
​This is my tribute to Amol-ji and Shruti-ji for their passion and unshakable faith in their craft, which has helped me and so many others. I am grateful to both of you. Here’s wishing 'More Power and Success' to you!"

Hi everybody Shyam here i wish to share…

Hi everybody Shyam here i wish to share to some of my transformation.
My problem was i had severe insomnia induced by anxiety and I couldn’t sleep even for an hour continuously for two days and the third day i would crash and sleep for 3-4 hours and this was going on for month and I ended up with a sleep doctor and she said me i had severe anxiety that induced to insomnia after counselling this year January but the pills she prescribed had many side effects and I don’t feel fresh at all after sleeping 5-6 hours. Then i Joined sleepify two weeks back sceptical and confused but Amol convinced me to surrender to the process and I did all the daily rituals and started noticing some differences from the fourth day where my mind was much calm and clear. Then I tried to skip my anxiety pills alone with confidence and with some withdrawal symptoms it worked out well, i feel anxious even today but the percentage came down from 100 to 15. I feel happy for quitting anxiety pills and trust myself that I will also quit sleeping pills in the coming days.

This program is great

This program is great ! It not only works on your sleep but also how to live , how to be happy and how to be more of yourself in today’s world ! The program includes techniques and tools for better living and there by solving sleep issues ! Any body going through depression, anxiety, stress and disturb sleep or insomnia should definitely join this .

I am following the tools and rituals and my sleep is improved as earlier I used to wake up at the middle of night and see various options on how to again get to bed for sleep .

Amol and Shruti are super coaches ! They are rock star . They listen to you carefully and suggest you with the practical and best approach to solve problem related to sleep , overthinking , anxiety and any depression .

Joining this sleep and happiness program has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my overall well-being. Before starting, I struggled with irregular sleep, racing thoughts, overthinking, anxiety, low energy, and a constant sense of overwhelm. Sleepify and happiness project experience

Hi i am mahaveer my mysore.
Happiness gurukul is a wonderfull science based program to overcome sleep deprivation.i was suffering from fear anxiety and sleep disturbance from around 3 years.its been around 3 months since i joined this program from past 15 days i have improved immensely got my lost confidence back and sleep has also improved its much better than before and also Got my fitness back on track.The program is very simple and very practical with clear concepts we just have to trust ourselves and keep doing activities things will definitely change.Thanks Amol for always guiding me🙏

3 days boot camp

It was amazing to attend the 3 days boot camp.the contents of the camp was much informatory .The highlights of the program was how to sleep well by making certain practices regular.While changing our habits we make drastic change in our routine and thus improving our sleep schedule.Mentors Shruti Maheshwari and amol maheshwari motivated well by telling inspiring examples thus instilling a spirit to follow the practices.
