The Hanratty family took over the business in 2000, bringing it to new levels firstly with a big move from North Street to our vibrant new premises on the Square, Crossmaglen which is easily accessible from Newry, Armagh, Belfast and Dundalk, and now with the addition of our online showroom. The business has gone from strength to strength serving the local area and neighbouring counties with beautiful classic gold and diamond jewellery, while working to bring the latest trends in jewellery, watches & giftware to our customers. Products we offer: Jewellery, Watches, Engagement, Wedding & Eternity Rings & Giftware for all special occasions. Customer Service: We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our customers, whether instore or online, by taking time to understand what our customers need and want from their jewellery piece. Our motto is “where’s there’s a will, there’s a way” and our aim is to ensure that each and every customer leaving Hanratty Jewellers, whether instore or online, feels valued and appreciated. Beautiful jewellery shop

I had such a lovely experience with Jolene and Karen. They were so patient while I tried on lots of different styles and sizes of rings and never made me feel rushed. They were happy to order the right size and have it delivered straight to my home. I’m absolutely delighted with my ring and really appreciated the personal, friendly service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I love my necklace I bought one in Ireland and few years ago but unfortunately it broke! But thankfully this company had the exact same one! And I receive a little packet of love heat sweets and a gift bag! I will definitely purchase from this company again,lovely jewellery great price's and fast delivery!

A lucky find

I was lucky enough to find a pair of earrings exactly like one my mum had recently lost. The buying process was very straightforward and my item arrived quickly in the post. I would shop with Hanratty Jewellers again.

I ordered a personalised disc pendant…

I ordered a personalised disc pendant as a gift. Being close to Christmas and choosing a business I hadn’t used before meant I was a bit worried about delivery in time for Christmas. I messaged to check when it would come, and received a prompt response from Jolene putting my mind immediately at ease. The piece arrived today and I am truly thrilled with it. What a brilliant business, and one I would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you Hanratty Jewellers 🫶

I was visiting Ireland when I came…

I was visiting Ireland when I came across this store. I wandered in to check it out and ended up purchasing a ring. They didn’t have my size in stock and attempted to get it in before I left the area. Unfortunately, they were unable to. They were a pleasure to work with having it shipped to me. I would highly recommend shopping there! Thank you for making my transaction worry free!
