My mortgage was arranged five years ago by Hannie. It is now time for a renegotiation. I spoke with Hayley today she was friendly and comes across as being well informed about the many options. She is going to do some research and get back to me with the choices of what may work well for me.

I had my initial appointment with Kayleigh, she was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
