Connected with Socialbroker through a cold email...which I literally never respond to, but they spoke to an acute need of The Lash Lounge at the time, the beauty franchise I'm the VP of marketing for. We were in the midst of strategizing the launch of our TikTok channel, when we noticed someone squatting on our brand handle, unwilling to acknowledge outreach from those at the brand directly and unwilling to budge.
