I unfortunately ordered the wrong handles completely my own fault returns were very simple refunded straight away zero problems re ordered correct handles sent out super quick and free communication was always excellent and quick with company would highly recommend buying from them products look great quality and good price I would buy from them again

Item not received …
Item sent via Royal Mail 48 hour delivery it never turned up. Was told via customer service it was out for delivery. Turns out this information was incorrect. Spoke to Georgia via WhatsApp who assured me us we could have the expedited via dpd the next day. We’ve had no update with tracking details to find out where our replacement parcel is. Although she did refund my previous delivery cost. Such a shame had high hopes for this company as we opted to not buy handles from wren as they did having any matching styles. Delivery service and communication is appalling. I would like to know where my replacement is!

I am really sorry to hear about your experience. I have taken the necessary measures to ensure that such incorrect information will not be given again. As for the replacement, I can assure you that we did ask for this to be sent out on an expedited service straight away, and this was sent out with Royal Mail 24, and arrived for you the day after. We have now offered a refund to try and fix our mistake.
Again, I am sorry to hear your experience wasn't the greatest with our company, as our customers are incredibly important to us, and if you choose to order with us again in the future, we will endeavour to make this a better experience for you.
