Placed an order with Handem for both new and what would appear to be a 'NOS' item in the shape of an original HandM transistorised controller. The controller is in superb condition, almost too good to use in fact! Not sure if I asked for linking pins, but they were included separately. Have always found them easy to deal with, sensibly priced and *always* first class service.

I have just purchased a H&M Clipper from Handem. I wasn't too sure which model to get so I e-mailed Andrew at Handem for advice and he responded very promptly. Once ordered, the controller arrived quickly, very well packed and as described. As a result, I have no hesitation in recommending Handem. Excellent.

Throughout the purchasing process there is as open, friendly, professional, constructive dialogue (both phone and email) leading to a great product purchase which met all the requirements. I was so impressed I am going to send one of my other control units in for repair in the very near future.

Package arrived within 2 days of order, well packed and in excellent condition as advertised.

Absolutely fantastic company! I sent my faulty H&M Duette power controller to Handem Electronics following a conversation with Andrew (who called me back 5 minutes after I emailed him). I explained what the fault was, he gave me a price and I sent it off on the Wednesday. I came home from work on Saturday to find the returned controller fully repaired. I can't thank Andrew enough for this amazing service.

Chose the rolling road from Handem after looking at several similar products from other manufacturers. Glad I did because this product has great flexibility with the eight included rollers and the ability to run both 2 and 3 rail locomotives. Purchase was easy online and delivery was quick. Instructions on use were included and the product is now working happily. Excellent service, so don't hesitate to purchase from Handem - thanks Andrew.

Exemplary service from Andrew. Had a very informative chat with him on Friday 29th March and ordered two Duette controllers. To my surprise they arrived the following day being Saturday 30th March.
The controllers are superb and in almost factory fresh condition which considering their age is remarkable.
To summarise, a superb efficient experience with a fantastic product. I will certainly be using H&M again without hesitation.
