Scam company. The email listed on their website for returns is invalid. You have no way of contacting them. They ship from China and the product is from China. Not Korea. They are frauds. Lawsuit will be filed.
The worst company to deal with, the 1st order I received was the incorrect product not even labelled hanae, they then proceeded to send another which has since gone missing , the tracking service is so bad they have said numerous times attempted Del and also truck broke down , but completely missing parcel, everyone has washed their hands of the situation passing the buck in, they have since apparently sent out another, provided me with tracking but the tracking number belongs to the 2nd parcel that has gone missing , 3 emails later and still no response, do not buy from this company , they will send you a substandard product which is not what they are selling online . Really bad to deal with , I’ve asked for a refund let’s see what transpires from here
Chinese substitute- "Siimunana". email address they give for returns comes back "invalid".
Definitely a scam.
I ordered from them 3 weeks ago, the tracking number leads to 17Track, which is not a problem, lots of overseas companies use them. The problem is it still says "Info Received"..... I've tried emailing 4 times now with no response. I just want to know if it has been shipped yet and when. This is highly disappointing.
This product is a scam I place an order 12 days ago and a shipping label created but no shipment, do not order this product it won’t come and fit all of you who order it call your bank credit card company and out in an investigation, don’t just sit back and have them take your money.
i saw this product on Instagram, looked great, i then ordered, this was 2 weeks ago, my card has been debited, and no order received. i replied to the email requesting when my order will be shipped.
I was told that my order is on its way no need to worry,

SCAM. Unsurprising that they have no trustpilot profile.
ORIGINAL REVIEW 4 weeks after ordering.
No delivery. No functional tracking number. No response to 4 emails over past 4 weeks.
Final email indicating reporting as scam.
Website only has 4 products. Do NOT even consider purchasing
UPDATE: finally arrived after 5 weeks including 4 weeks of ghosting.
Product is an unbranded cheap imitation. Not Korean at all. Easy to tell the difference. Orbs are lumpy and dont completely dissolve. Leaves ugly residue. Straight into the rubbish.
