Based on my experience as a fully managed landlord in Pimlico, the team at Hamptons earns their fees by i) selecting upfront respectful and reputable candidates, so to avoid a continuous rotation of short term tenants and the associated higher wear and tear of the properly; this has not resulted in gaps in occupancy ii) ensuring continuity in the end-to-end management of the contract (registration of the deposit, checking in/out, daily and out-of-hours dealing with maintenance issues, regular inspections, mandatory certifications, etc). April K and the team are readily available either via email or phone and work to provide peace of mind in relation to an increasingly complex process due to new and ever changing regulatory requirements and expectations.

I’ve had a really great experience working with my April Keane. She is incredibly responsive and always quick to come back to me, which makes the whole process much less stressful. Any issues I’ve had have been handled efficiently and effectively, with clear communication throughout. We use Hamptons property management service and we have been very pleased with Max Barnes and his team. We get a phone call or email if there is a problem at the house, and the team quickly get contractors to resolve the issue. Would recommend this service.
I was served notice to leave my previous flat, and the Hamptons team at Oxford were extremely helpful and got me moved in somewhere within a week! A huge thank you to Mohammed Raja for taking the time to show me around properties that suited my criteria exactly! Since moving into the flat, the Hamptons team have been great too.
