Did not realise I had to sign for the package, which was inconvenient. Hamper box is slightly damaged with torn joints. Most of the items are a smaller than I expected. Can't comment on quality... Vis mer

My order was placed at the beginning of November for a specific date for Xmas. It was sent to Evri, who said it needed a specialist delivery service due to the weight! Having complained to Hampers.com they have now said the delivery was refused...interesting as I was at the delivery address...so don't know where it was refused. Not had any issues before but this was not helpful as it was an Xmas present for my future in-laws.

I ordered a Christmas hamper, online from Australia, for my aunty and uncle, to arrive before Christmas.
I was told, via email on Christmas Eve, that my hamper wouldn't arrive by Christmas but all was ok, because the next business day, my hamper would be delivered (28th December)
I wrote to them saying it was for Christmas but received no response. I've now written 6 emails in total, asking for a refund, no response.
I've delayed delivery via the couriers details, buying time to cancel. But, the hampers.com people won't respond.
This company is a fraud. They sell you a promise then fail to deliver. They clearly don't like bad news, nor do they take ownership for their poor service.
Don't use hampers.com they have the worst customer service, lack any ethical or moral regard, and are, at best, a rip-off.

The hamper was delivered 3 days after it was booked to be delivered. I had requested delivery on the 24th December in time for Christmas. The hamper was delivered on the 27th with no communication about delays or issues.

The hamper was due for delivery on the 23rd. It didn’t turn up, and still hasn’t (it was a gift for my elderly mum). I had no proactive contact to advise that it would be delayed, and when I could expect it. I have chased twice, and I still have no idea where it is and when it is likely to be received. So if anyone can help, that would be much appreciated.

I ordered a hamper and it hasn't been delivered yet, it's been 4 days since I ordered it and it was suposed to be delivered 3 days ago. I get it's christmas time but at this point I don't even know wether it's gonna be delivered or not, you guys really need to work on that.

I’m sure the hamper contents will be wonderful. It’s just a shame that it wasn’t delivered in time for Christmas!
Ordered with a delivery date of the 22nd and not delivered until the 27th.
These things happen sometimes but a review for my experience - it was a poor service unfortunately,

Despite the hamper not arriving on the planned date, the team ensured it was delivered on the next working day, and a partial refund was given as compensation for late delivery.

I ordered the hamper to be delivered on Christmas Eve and it didn’t arrive until the 27th.
I received an email apologising but given it was supposed to be a Christmas present, this was very disappointing.
The hamper itself was excellent though.

I purchased a hamper for my mum for Christmas as I live abroad and she’s alone. It never got delivered!!! I wrote to them and they never replied!! My hamper still hasn’t arrived!! I will NEVER order from them again.

I ordered online for Christmas delivery however they did not manage to deliver my parcel on time. I was told no one was home but that was not true as my mother hadn’t left the house all day. Very disappointing as I’d paid for Christmas delivery and it still hasn’t been delivered!

We made a mistake on the order and when we called about it the customer service representative took care of the problem right away. The gift got to our sister right on time. We will use this site again. The gift was to go to England so it was hard to find a site that will deliver overseas.

I would not use this service, I ordered this hamper weeks in advance for delivery on 24th December. I received an email on 22nd to say it had been packaged but the hamper still has not arrived and I have not had any further email even after I requested an update.

I’d arranged a hamper for my mother to be delivered on 23rd December unfortunately the hamper did not arrive. After speaking with customer services they had idea on the location of the Hamper and no further correspondence! Shocking! Hamper did finally arrive a few days later.
