Truly a great team
Incredibly great team! Honest, friendly & very accommodating. Everyone was genuine & extremely personable. Not in the least pushy.
Very competitive prices for all their cars, lower than other dealers we had visited.
Gave a great rate to trade in my old vehicle too.
Picked my new model up the following week (at a day & time to suit me)
The guys ran through all the paperwork with me and made everything oh so simple.
Genuinely impressed all round.
Would thoroughly recommend.

Customer service was brilliant, even though there was problems with accessing information on the computers. We were kept informed the whole time.

Rubbish place to buy a car I got a car…
Rubbish place to buy a car I got a car and had multiple knocking noise from the front of the car and that was after a week | got the car so I went back to tell them and I been promised that will be fixed or I would returned the car after replacing some bits I still had one noise coming through and they not answering the phone or emails so looks like | have to take you to court because you sold me a broken car and I could return it but you promised to fix it instead return it but that never happened.

Terrible
Terrible. My son spent £14k on a faulty car. Even though under warranty they are making it impossible to get fixed. Alarm has been going off randomly for 2 weeks. NEVER buy a car from here!!!!

This is the second car I have purchased…
This is the second car I have purchased from hammond.
I purchased a car last year with 12 months warranty, a few months later the car went wrong. I couldn't fault Hammond cars, they had it sorted in days and I was back on the road! You often read/hear horror stories from other companies not adhering to the warranty promise but hammond definitely do!
So our recent second purschase - What me and my wife like, is when we are left alone to look around after and explaining we are ok, we want to look ourselves and discuss options hammond every time delivers this at the norwich branch.
we bought it and drove it away there and then!

I don't know anything about cars but I do know a thing or two about customer service
Mum and I were anxious about visiting dealerships and dealing with pushy and condescending sales people. We didn't anticipate the experience we had at Hammonds, all the staff were so kind and approachable.
We looked at heaps of cars, the staff were super attentive, even moving a car so we could get in easier, without us asking! The prices are not the cheapest you'll find but also not overpriced. For us the convenience and stress free experience was the worth the money. We were never under pressure - we got to look at the vehicles in our own time, staff were happy to facilitate test drives and answer any questions.
At first I didn't like that you have to scan the QR code to see the prices but I concede, its actually ideal being able to see all the details in one place.
Completing the purchase was stress free with professional, knowledgeable staff that we really enjoyed chatting with.

Happy to use Hammonds for a second time…
There are a few things that I rate highly.. first, Hammonds are happy for you to take out a car for a test drive on your own.. That had not been my experience on previous occasions with other suppliers..
Secondly, their warranty is well-worth having. A couple of year back, we had occasion to how good it was and were delighted with the support we had in having repair work done. We paid the initial cost but Hammonds refunded us within a day or two.
Lastly, as long as you keep to the manufacturers recommended service intervals, Hammonds are happy for you to use a service centre of your choice..
A great crew to help you check out your 'new' car :-)
