Hamiltonbeach Anmeldelser

I have been using the Hamilton Beach Mixer Grinder for over a year now, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. It truly serves as an all-in-one appliance, offering convenience, versatility, and consistent results across a wide range of kitchen tasks. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, this product has exceeded my expectations in every way. As a South Indian I prepare Chutney Pudi and this is the only drawback that the groundnuts do not grind evenly. But the rest is awesome. Highly recommended.

Theresa was extremely efficient in sorting out an issue I had with an Amazon purchase. Theresa kept me up to date in a friendly and professional manner and the issue is now fully resolved. Thank You.

The grill plate was the wrong item for my air fryer, but was speedily rectified. Excellent service.
Thank you

I ordered the Hamilton beach Miami pink toaster and matching kettle set and I’m absolutely in love with it, it makes me look forward to going in the kitchen and making a cuppa or some toast makes me feel like I’m living in Barbie’s playhouse

Hamilton beach products are sleek and great quality for a fair price. I bought a 20L Retro Red Microwave and it adds a great pop of colour to our kitchen. Easy to clean and easy to use!

Excellent customer support. Speedy, polite and helpful when reply to registration enquiries.
The new1Litre kettle performs well.
Thank you

Lovely lady Teresa with helping me with registering warranty.

Excellent customer support. Speedy, polite, helpful, and most of all quick and easy access to talking with a human being instead of a computer! Superb.

Ordered a ceramic bowl replacement for a slow cooker, but was delivered broken. Contacted the customer support (who were helpful) and had a replacement delivered but again in a broken state. There must be a fundamental issue in how they pack product before dispatching. I’m still waiting for the third product to be delivered 😮‍💨

Extremely proactive in sorting out an issue I had with an Amazon purchase. Theresa Edmondson was very friendly, understanding and provided a great service. Thank you.

Ii am very pleased with my new iron. It is quick to charge up and the steam system is smooth and effective. AS I do not have excellent eye sight, I do find the bronze colour letters hard to read. That aside, it was a good purchase.

I had ordered an Airfryer but although it was a lovely product it was too big for my kitchen so I wanted to return it. I found the process a little confusing so got in touch with customer services. They helped me arrange for a collection and couldn’t have been more helpful, a BIG thank you to them

Theresa Edmondson was always very helpful and understanding each time I called to complain about DPD not picking up the parcel to be returned, this happened 4 times. Theresa then sent a QR code for me to post, which was extremely helpful.

Due to excess heat the motor has stopped working and I wasn't knowing what to do, but their team helped me a lot and asked me to reset it and it worked. Wonderful team

I was looking for a red microwave oven as I was changing my kitchen from retro cream to red.
Red retro microwave search gives a limited choice but I compared models and went for this one as it ticked a lot of other boxes, controls and size. To be honest I’d never heard of Hamilton Beach before but thought I’d give it a go. Best decision!! I love it! Had a slight problem as there was a small part missing inside the cavity that keeps the turntable in place.
Initial oh no was soon replaced with joy. I rang customer service, phone answered extremely quickly by the amazing Theresa who quickly solved my problem. She apologised for the inconvenience and checked if the part was in stock. It was and came the next day. Popped it on and that was it. The best customer service I think I’ve ever had. Thank you 👍🏼

Good customer service and response - many thanks

Whilst we unfortunately have had to return the air fryer for size reasons. We cannot fault customer service with Theresa and colleagues. A* service.

Amazing! Spacious!

Theresa was extremely helpful in assisting me today. She guided me though my request spending time and politeness. It was a pleasure to talk to Theresa.
