Woooow I am absolutely shocked. So bad experience. I made order yesterday for 91£ and I didn't received confirmation email for order for next days even after phone calls. But they took money straight away. I called several times and after finally with PayPal help, I managed to get my refund. I do not recommend it, it was very suspicious. I definitely would avoid it.

Ordered from here twice before and never again.
Delivery cost is so expensive compare to other Slovak shops within same distance.
They send items that are just before expiration date and when you email them with items problem they not bothering to reply.

I received lot of items with exp.date within 3 months, big pack of cheese expiring just 4 days after it's been delivered to my house.

I’ve received my parcel online. Well pack, but the most delicate items were on a bottom under heavy item. Bread and cakes were semi frozen, after defrost were just still, and 2 cakes were broken.Two pack were damage son bread and one cake were completely dry. Totally wasted money. Never again!

Terrible customer service. Broken glass jar, refusal to replace product, only offering refund on the jar.
This wouldn't be a problem, but the courier service is expensive and means that an order of Czech mustard is doubled in price.
I will source my eastern bloc goods from another provider. I am a very unhappy expat.

I used their online shopping service. Delivery charge was accurate to where I live and the fact it took only couple of days to get my order. Everything was nicely packed.
Only thing was they sent me wrong item. When I contacted them regarding this matter Anish, the shop owner, replied very rudely. My approach was polite, only asked if I can get the thing I ordered. His attitude was one of the worst I ever experienced. At the end didn’t even bother replying to me.
In my opinion they have quite big range of products, even though some of them are quite pricy. However, they definitely need to work on their customer service.
Please note owners are not Czech! I am and I was very disappointed with the whole situation! Won’t be back!!!!
