Correspondence concerning delinquent account payment reminders were exceptional. Very helpful in debt settlement when overwhelmed and unsure where to start or what plan to take. Multiple options were given that I could choose from for repayment.

Everything was super easy to do. Very straight forward and a good selection of plans to pick from even if paying the full amount and not taking a discount version. The service was great and made my life easy. Automatic payments which is great as well as I endee up here by forgetting to pay!

Honestly I thought they were a scam…
Honestly I thought they were a scam once because I had no idea what they were talking about. I fell into a come almost exactly 2 years ago and forgot about a few (small) credit cards. Nonetheless one sued me so I reached out to halsted, they owned 2 of my accounts and setting up a payment plan was very easy + manageable payments and %’s off. I do not feel as stressed paying off my debt because of how easy speaking with them and using their online system was. Hopefully, once it’s all said and done I will never have to use them again… but for what it is.. honestly not too bad.
