We were dealt with by Andy, who was very patient with us as first time buyers. He explained everything to us in depth; provided us with all the offers available (and were the best deal for us); never put any pressure on us with our choices and was readily available whenever we need him. Since getting my offer on my property accepted and my original mortgage offer coming through, Andy was also always very on it with securing me the best rate as they changed, meaning my repayments came down by over £50 a month all during the conveyancing period.
