I ordered a rug and, after a week, I still had no communication at all as to status of the order. So, I sent an email to 2 different email addresses that I could find, on different days, with no response at all from the company about status. So, I went to the web site to try to call the phone number listed there. It rang and rang until I got a recording saying the the phone number was unreachable. I tried to call the number again the next day... same thing. So, I finally sent a message via Facebook complaining. No response at all... although I could tell someone DID open and see my message. So, I sent another Facebook message asking to just cancel the order for a refund. (After all, at that point, I had concerns that this business is not legitimate!) No response as far as any communication... BUT, I almost instantly got my refund notification. Then, I checked my account that following Monday and the refund was completed. Well, the order was cancelled and refunded on 11/14/2020. Guess what? On 11/20/2020 the rug was delivered to my front porch. 😑 I ended up keeping the rug... luckily, it was exactly what I ordered. I just didn't want to have to try to engage them again for a return and then have to deal with the impending hassle of the process of returning it. So, I sent an email message to advise them I had received it and decided to keep it. I actually received a phone call a day later to discuss paying for it again. (Wow! NOW they communicate with me?) The rug's edges stay curled up and have never flattened out despite placing heavy items on the edges for several days. So, I also ended up a bit disappointed in the rug itself. I would never, ever order from this company again. Chances are, they end up going out of business or being subject to a lawsuit since I see many others are having similar experiences.
