I bought an xl gilet and it said it was…
I bought an xl gilet and it said it was 46-48” chest. Once it arrived it was only 40”. The company did dispute my findings and my measurements and the garment has now been returned for evaluation. Waiting to see what the outcome will be.

The Cratus Gilet in question is a slimmer fitting garment, as specified on the garments size chart online. A size XL can vary across different items depending on the fabric it is made from, or the fit it has been made to. It is standard procedure for us to get the item back to allow our technical department to measure it against our size spec. Only then can we determine if the garment is faulty or not. We did send you a pre-paid returns label to allow you to send this item back at no extra cost and will of course be in touch as soon as the relevant procedures have been complete.
