Fantastic service!
Halbro provide an amazingly efficient service. We ordered 6 Doddie Aid hoodies (great quality) but ordered the wrong size for one. I sent it back on Monday and received the replacement today (Wednesday) - only 2 days turnaround! Thanks to Emma as she knew we needed a replacement quickly for a rugby trip and organised to have one ready to send on receipt of the hoodie from me. Halbro and Royal mail get 5⭐️'s from me!

We have had a shop with Halbro for our Irish dancing school for a couple of years now. We have recently added some new logo embroidered items to the shop and placed some big orders which have been delivered in good time with great communication. Items are good quality and the prices are really reasonable, very competitive for team wear.

We set a minimum 2 week turnaround as standard on most online orders, but as it states on our website and on the email we will have sent you when you ordered, this is a guideline only and cannot always be exact. We are currently running through our busiest period of the year with back to School/College orders, but we will be dispatching your order today. This has been confirmed to you by a Sales team member who replied to the email you sent into us yesterday.
As for fabric quality, we're sorry to hear this. We sell hundreds of the items you have ordered, so we are concerned that you have had such issues with the stitching of yours.
