Stay clear terrible returns process

The return policy is terrible. The actual jeans were lovely but when I tried to exchange for a different size, it was almost impossible. Have to pay for returns.
It's a shame, as they're not cheap items to buy.

I ordered in December and waited for ages. Then they claimed it was delivered and nothing arrived. Maybe it was stolen- how can I really know? Anyway I contacted their customer services and they offered me a 20% refund on goods that had not arrived! I said I wanted my order and they upped to refund in increments to 70%, and called it compensation!! No 100% is a refund and anything on top of that is compensation. I still want the goods because the jeans I have are brilliant, customer services are useless.

l would very much like to give Halara higher scored review because I have received 2 pairs of jeans - 1 pair wide leg style and 1 pair bootleg style which are perfect - comfortable, very stretchy, soft and great sizewise. The delivery time was quite long but as advertised and I was kept informed, price is also good. Based on these two pairs of great jeans I have purchased others and these have been very disappointing - not the same material - despite label saying they are, black jeans much smaller than same style blue jeans, non stretch thread used to finish waist bands/pockets etc which is mad in a specifically stretch garment - the stitching just breaks and the jeans dont fit as well, material not so soft - more rough and scratchy. So lack of consistency in material and size and quality of garments. I have had the chemical smell that others have mentioned but I have been able to get rid of this with multiple washing so that on its own would not put me off.

When placing order not only did I not get the £10 discount I won despite meeting minimum spend, but it also added £10 on final checkout for no explainable reason! Luckily I spotted and was able to abandon order.

Are these the same company HALARA??

Do not buy from this company. First issue was they added tax onto my order after I checked out so paid. I did challenge this and got a refund of the £6.50. Jeans took 9 weeks to arrive. When the did they were huge, no way they were cut to a size 8 and the stitching on the pocket was faulty as it stuck out when wearing them.
Contacting them to return as faulty and they offered my a small partial refund and said keep the jeans because it woul cosy £29.95 to send them back.
I refused this and challenged again and the upper the refund by a few quid.
As I paid for them via PayPal (I do for any company I've not used before) I opened a case against them and won and got a full refund.
This company is poorly run, the quality and cut of their clothes are terrible. Avoid at all cost.

If I could give this company no stars I would I have just sent back a pair of trousers back because they were supposed to be a 12/14 if they fitted a size 8 I’d be surprised , I then sent them back having to pay 2.95 which I objected to as I didn’t think the trousers were fit for purpose , they then charge me 6.50 return fee which is not stated anywhere daylight robbery the most dreadful company I have ever delt with DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE SPREAD THE WORD CAUTION REQUIRED

Posted in Dec that customer service was appalling, have since been offered a gift card instead of a return, but nothing has arrived. They have suddenly changed the case number (after about 15 messages using this number). I've asked why, but nothing. I think it's just dirty little tactics to throw me off the scent - Not working, I will use both case numbers from now on lets see what happens then

I originally placed an order for two pairs of jeans, which arrived after quite a long wait and they were TINY, so I wanted to return them. After being unable to use their returns procedure online, I used their online chat and was offered the option to have a gift voucher instead of doing a return. They also said not to bother returning the tiny jeans. I accepted this and was told I would receive the voucher within 24 hours. I was sceptical to be honest, after reading the reviews here. The voucher didn't arrive in good time so I contacted them again and it did arrive in my inbox shortly after. I have subsequently bought two more pairs which arrived quite quickly.

The jeans are OK - a bit bigger than I was expecting but I will wear them on fat days!! You have to really understand their sizing and it doesn't seem to be the same from product to product. The material in their jeans is actually rather nice - very soft and stretchy.

The returns process is an absolute palava, but they did uphold their end of the sales bargain so I have completely rewritten my original review.

If I could give it a zero I would, but I can't so I give it a 1. Bought 2 pairs of their "famous" miracle gym tights, picked the size according to their size chart and both pairs have split in the inseam after wearing them maybe 4 times... incredibly dissapointing especially as one split mid gym session. Such a shame as the material seems good quality but the manufacturing is a fail.

It’s a joke they take your money but wow what a nightmare to return and their trousers are not worth money

Ordered 2 paid jeans, same size. One fit the other was so small I couldn’t even pull it halfway up my legs- wrote to customer service to get a refund. Needless to say sent in a wild goose chase and it’s never possible to get a return address.
About the ones that fit - they had a petrol like smell so I decided to wash them….. the smell stayed and was so overpowering that they went in the bin. All in all a colossal waste of money

I purchased some leggings for my partner for Christmas but they were too small. It has been more or less impossible for me to return these to get a refund. I have provided my details and order number but nothing is recognised. I have waited hours for a verification code that never arrives. I would not purchase anything from this company in the future plus it appears the sizes are not as you would expect. Dreadful company avoid.

Same problem as everyone else on this site. Tried to return but keeps telling me my Internet is not connecting. Absolutely nothing wrong with my Internet but everyone trying to return is having same issue. After trying every which way to get this resolved finally an email came through with PDF files for a return slip and postal PDF I thought great now I can resolve this but surprise surprise the postage one will not download. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

What an absolute pile of crap. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and a pair of legging. Only 1 pair of jeans fitted properly. I am a size 10. The only option is to buy size 8-10. I'm not an 8, I'm a 10. One pair of jeans and 1 the leggings were absolutely tiny. Really uncomfortable to wear, i felt i was being strangulated. So i opted to return via the credit option so i could buy a bigger pair, but the next size up are 12-14?! They will be far too big. Anyway, i haven't received any credit vouchers whatsoever! It's impossible to contact them!
So one pair of average jeans has cost me £60, they are nothing special either. Don't fall for the adverts. Halara are a scam company. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

Thee worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Which is a shame, because the clothing is lovely and comfortable.
I requested to return an item that was obviously sized wrong (others had the same issue). I was offered and accepted a gift card/code instead of returning the item. And it never arrived. And here is where the problem started.
They appear to have 3 standard emails,saying you are a valued customer. And please reach out.
But when you do have an issue, they block the chat bot, don’t answer emails and escalate to a “higher team” that never reply. So far, In the past 12 days, I dealt with jade, Iatian, Harper, Andi and Ferin, who’ve all given my the same standardised answer, and then, escalated my complaint to the elusive “higher team” - who haven’t replied once in 12 days.
None of the people addressed the fact that I appear to be ignored/blocked from the chat service. With no reply since 26/12/25 to any chats.

Thought I could trust a UK company only to find out it’s really Chinese with shipping from China. Need to send the purchase back? Good luck with that. All the way to China, not the UK. Very poor customer service and no such thing as live chat. It’s a bot. You can’t talk to a real person. Don’t get me started on the quality control. Sizes too big, sizes too small, wrong items packaged. Etc. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY!
