Great experience. very helpful customer service. Aisha always replies messages quickly and patiently. Very clean clinic with professional staff. My hair didnt grow back for first 3 months and I was worried it never does but after 3 months it grew perfectly.
They dont try to sell you any product or service which I admired alot, most of other centers push you to do something you dont want but these guys did not.
Hair transplant area is very dense which is great and its very natural, I was worried the hairline will look fake but no one can tell I had a transplant.
overall everything was great

We have visited this clinic in Istanbul recently on May 15,2024. It was a great experience. All the staff members were nice and professional. Doctor Murat was a knowledgeable person who performed his job well. The clinic manager, Furqan was a great person who explained each and everything in detail. He was really an honest person making this transplant crystal clear. Even we had some questions to ask from him, he responded well in time on WhatsApp and clarified about the post transplant medicines. Since I am also in medical field, I can see their honesty with the patients and they really wanted to work hard to make this treatment successful. Overall we are satisfied with this clinic and would recommend to those who are looking for a better and trustworthy clinic for their transplant in Istanbul. Good job and keep it up !!!

My experience with Hairpol Hair Clinic was amazing from start to finish. The doctor and his team were extremely professional and efficient. They ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure as well as my fiancée who came with me for the entire procedure. I am very happy with the service and I am sure I will be even more satisfied with the final results.
Evan was great with coordinating and explaining everything to me from start to finish. We had to reschedule twice due to unforeseen circumstances and they were extremely accommodating in making those changes. Fabio was also excellent with making us feel welcomed and safe during our entire trip. He contacted us prior to confirm all details and be sure we had all questions answered prior to traveling. He was very thorough with explaining all steps of the procedure and after care to me and was overall extremely hospitable.
I had a 10/10 experience with Hairpol Hair Clinic and I will be highly recommending them to anyone and everyone.

My experience with Hairpol was wonderful every step of the way! Coming from a far away country I was a bit nervous but they made the whole process smooth and enjoyable! Aisha was my point of contact and she was there no matter what of the day or night it was! She is very professional and caring! Dr. Murat took time to consult and part take in the process to ensure a smooth procedure! Furkan one of the technicians he was very caring, welcoming and nice and helped me on the day of! The best thing, they were able to extract well above the number of grafts I was told initially! A plus! Thank you everyone and certainly recommend to reach out Aisha and let her handle the rest!

Ответили на все вопросы, и после операции всегда оставались на связи, отвечают очень бы стро! Теперь ждём полгода)) Клинику рекомендую, поток там очень большой, в том числе и с Европы и Америки, это тоже плюс! Цена приемлемая, ничего лишнего не навязывают! Весь персонал очень приветливый!

La Clinica si e dimostrata sian dai contatti in Italia molto professionale. Tutte le domande e le perplessitá, comprensibili, sono state chiarite con spiegazioni esaurienti riguardo il trapianto. Anche i servizi sono stati molto soddisfacenti. Tutti i trasferimenti sono stati comodi sia per i mezzi scelti sia per gli autisti molto educati e disponibili. Riguardo la prenotazione in Hotel ho ricevuto anche un upgrade di stanza potengo così godete di una bellissima stanza con vista sul mare. La clinica disponeva di ambienti puliti e il personale, cortese e accogliente, è stato molto professionale. Alla fine del trapianto ho ricevuto gadgets e una particolare attenzione per il trasporto dei prodotti per il post-trapianto. La mia esperienza è stata molto positiva.

I had a chance to do my hair transplant at Hairpol Clinic by Dr. Murat. All in all, what I experienced surpassed my expectations. They were so cooperative to schedule my appointment as I had issues making my appointment on a certain time. Basically, you are dealing with a group of professionals who know their job and try to do their best to achieve the best outcome for their patient. While the whole process takes long, they try to make it as smooth as possible for their patient. I highly recommend this clinic and its professional staff for whoever is interested in doing a hair transplant.

What ultimately made me decide on Hairpol was the guarantee that Doctor Konakçi, a member of FUE EUROPE, would be opening the channels on your scalp. I’m not going to lie, even at the clinic I was nervous and I was sweating bullets, but Dr Konakçi and his team were friendly and were able to ease my anxiety. Even my girlfriend, who came with to the operation (which is about 8 hours mind you) was nervous/tired and one of the tech’s gave my girlfriend a pillow and a blanket to rest on their couch. They even turned the lights off in the waiting area of the clinic for her to sleep, it was so kind. A big shout out and special thanks to the whole team who performed my procedure: Dr Konakçi, Burcu Rabia Seda Furkan Sevgi! I could tell that even on a Monday morning everyone actually enjoyed working there and they seemed to work very well together.

As for the results, I will update again in a year. I had 2900 grafts done. Even just 9 days later, my donor area looks almost as if nothing happened. It is still healing and will be for a while, but I am so impressed with how they extracted the grafts. I’m very confident my donor area will be indistinguishable from what it was looked like before and I will be able to shave down the sides as I usually do for my hair.

What has impressed me the most (and something I didn’t even consider important before the procedure) has been my post OP representative Aisha. I had been so focused on finding the right doctor and the procedure itself that post op consultation was an afterthought. Aisha is truly a blessing and a true asset to Hairpol. That girl is on her phone 24/7! She doesn’t sleep! I can message her on WhatsApp and have a reply in literal seconds. I didn't realize how many questions I would have post op and Aisha immediately forwards my questions to the doctor for answers/reviews if she is unable to answer herself. (You will have plenty of questions after so please consider the representative regardless of the clinic you chose) I highly doubt there are many better than Aisha out there!

Once I arrived, the team at Hairpol took care of it all. From airport transfers to post-procedure lunch, Furkan Cavusoglu who I consider a lifetime friend now reviewed the entire process, answered any questions I had, checked in with me daily and was a great reference point on where to go/see in the beautiful city of Istanbul. Dr. Murat and his team were incredibly accommodating. The doctor and nurses at Hairpol were knowledgeable, reassuring and diligent in their post-procedure follow up. I am so happy and surprised with my results – looking and feeling great just 20 days post-op.

Despite the challenges of traveling from Canada and navigating uncertainties, Aisha, the Regional Sales Manager, consistently addressed all my questions from the very beginning. Aisha's prompt and friendly responses contributed significantly to a personable experience. Her excellent organizational skills were evident in coordinating various transport, hotel arrangements, and post-transplant requirements. Although there was a minor issue at the designated hotel, Furkan C. promptly ensured that our needs were met, providing an upgraded room that not only assisted in the healing process but also offered a delightful view!

Встретили, все подробно объяснили, были вежливы, было немножко тяжело, процедура сама по себе не из приятных, но команда клиники старалась сгладить неровные углы как могла.
Посмотрим что в итоге получится, но на данный момент все отлично.

There is no doubt Hairpol staff know what they are doing, they kindly accompanied me since the arrival until the departure and the procedure is done professionally in a very well equipped and nice clinic. I had a smaller donor area than the baldness one and no unreachable hope was given to me. In the absence of Dr. Murat, who was in Italy, it was done by Dr. Jihane who took all his time to understand my concerns, explain what to expect and finally deliver more. Dr. Murat confirmed the good job that was done and the possibility of a second operation in a year to cover more baldness. I hadn’t no pain and no swelling. I recommend them

From the moment our group decided to book and even until the healing process our contact person Aisha has been more than great.

The booking process from the states was made so easily. Upon arrival everything from transportation to accommodations were taken care of . The upgraded hotels were much more than we could expect.

The staff at Hairpol Dr. Murat and Furkan treated us like family. Any question you had were answered to our satisfaction regardless of time of day .
