I had ordered from hairinbeauty last…
I had ordered from hairinbeauty last year December of 2019.The lady maggie was on point with everything ! Sent the tracking number on time and everything and i recieved my hair within 3 days && it was fabulous. NOW i had reordered and it was the worst experience ever. Never revieved tracking within 7 days, replied like every other day! I shouldve known from the first message they sent it wasnt legit

SCAMMERS BEWARE
I was ordering on my first wig site however when making payment it converted to hairinbeauty and delivered an item i did not order
I THOUGHT I WAS BUYING FROM MY FIRST WIG BUT WHEN YOU PUT IN YOUR CARD DETAILS THE SITE CONVERTS TO HAIRINBEAUTY.COM WHICH I BELIEVE IS ANOTHER COMPANY. The hair i received was not what i ordered it was thin ,weft showing at the crown and wispy i ordered 20 inches i hot 12 inches. I asked for a refund and for the return address to be provided. Maggie from the site either my first wig or the site it converts to which is hairinbeauty would not provide the return address and instead kept repeating am i sure as it would cost me a lot of money to return. This has been reported to my bank in the fraud department and the are investigating. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Con artists! They show you one wig and send another
My first order was positive but the second order looked nothing like the photos or wigs in the reviews. Customer service kept denying it saying it was the same wig etc which was a huge lie. The hair looked worn out already and was different colors with a lot of gray hairs as well. I will not make another purchase again. Paypal took 2months to get back to me after disputing the case and they favored the company because I did not return the wig. I wasn't paying for shipping costs plus customs. It would have been more of a loss on my end especially when they weren't offering a refund, just $20 off a new purchase after paying $130 for that bs.

Terrible quality hair
Terrible quality hair. Lasted less then 4 weeks. I toned it once with salon products as I'm a hair stylist. I use the best shampoos and styling products (unite, verd, chi) and this is the worst hair I have ever had. They will not give me a refund. They just offer me a discount when they say their hair is Remy and there is no way it is. It crawls up and matts. It looks terrible. I've had to cut 8 inches off just to make it workable. This was an absolute waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY from this company. The first time I did was 2 years ago and that hair looks better then the new batch.
