Scam company. If you buy two bottles initially they will automatically make it a subscription and steal large amounts of money from your bank account every month. They've stolen around $1,200 from me in this way. The product is terrible, it stains your scalp and your hands and is very difficult to wash off your hands.

I dont have an issue with the product itself. Its pretty good and stays on for about a week or more. Once you wash your hair first then apply let sit and then just rinse without shampoo. I find that helps as the shampooing washes it out. My issue is the company roping you into a subscription and wont cancel unless you subscribe for 3 months or 3 orders? Some BS like that. And when you reachout to customer support they dont reply but keep trying to charge your card. And they are charging for more than what I initially ordered. No m how many times I tell them my card will not approve said charges. Its too bad because I would have ordered more when im ready. But now I dont trust their business practices.

Scam company. Product ships from china. So delivery times shown on website are false for a start. I’ll be reporting the paid social marketing adds when I see them also.

People, don't make the mistake I made and think you are ordering two to try, and getting two for free. After you order, the company continues to ship you 4 more bottles every month and charges your credit card.

When you write to cancel your order/subscription, no one listens and usually doesn't respond and they keep shipping and billing.

I am now going to my legal, Mastercard and bank to stop them and my bank is reversing all their additional charges every month.

Been waiting for around a month for delivery and still nothing. Have tried emailing time and time again but get no reply

Complete waste of time and money.
Actually annoyed at myself for even considering it, it does absolutely nothing to make thin hair fuller and now massively out of pocket. It’s just cheap hair dye, that stains the scalp and dyes the hair an odd colour. Purchased dark brown and it’s turned my hair ginger. Now facing the embarrassment until it fades, no idea how long that will be.
Don’t be fooled by the ads people, it’s all a scam.

Scam company won't let me unsubscribe. Emailed with no reply. Avoid.

Avoid!! They give an excuse for why they aren’t at fault or it isn’t a scam but there’s a reason over half of the real people give them a 1 star. Look for other solutions cuz this company ain’t it.

they keep invoicing you and the so called "cancel subscription" button does not work - i want my money back.

Purchased from the website, just a joke sent lot of Paint boxes which messed my hands and head. Faisal and Hanna very Swedish name, very obvious what's going on.

Very poor product, just dyes your scalp. I emailed to say that is what it is meant to do. I copied their website terms to ask for return/refund. I sent it tracked to Sweden from UK. They said they had the tracking ID. Month later I have it returned as unclaimed by them and no response emailing since then. I will started a claim on Barclaycard. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Update: 28/10/2025 Hanna R replied to my emails. She agreed they had made an mistake had the wrong tracking ID. Hence had not collected my return (which cost £11) and it came back. A full refund for the original order was agreed but not the return postage. I had a refund notice through a Shopify type interface on 14/10/2025. I have been checking my credit card and nothing has yet materialised on my credit card. I am happy with what has happened so far. I will update the review when I have the refund.

Customer service is so bad . My order no 8721 dated 1/09/2025 is still missing. Contacted customer service no support. One of the cheapest online scams

So it finally arrived... 18 days later.. Something I didn't subscribe too btw... When applying after instructed it leaves your thinning area a shiny gloss.. it does stay on after 1 wash but on the 2nd it fades off.. So basically all lies...

This is a SCAM company. I didn’t subscribed theirs website but they SCAM the second payment. Horrible product, didn’t reach my expectations ( not a hair filler, it’s a shoe paint )and I want my money back.

Update was told to send back and the will refund a portion or something 359 taken out of account 140 to send back with insure and tracking …..REASON why they want you to send overseas and not where if was shipped from. … can’t afford 140

We are getting billed every month money gets taken out of our account there is no phone number only a contact us where no1 responds back total joke

Just by looking into the site and it looks sketchy when check out. It shows that you can use PayPal but only can use CC. Only scammers will do that
