09 triumph speedmaster rear shocks Hagon 2820 black on black just fitted 20 mile ride on bumpy roads night and day difference wouldnt hesitate to buy again.

If you have accessories like pannier frames check that you can use the supplied adjuster tool. I have a T100 Bonneville with Givi pannier frames and using the C spanner to change the pre-load is a nightmare. I struggle to get to the nearside shock but the offside is IMPOSSIBLE to adjust. I contacted Hagons to see if they could help with a suitable spanner but they were no help at all. Did not even offer to recommend of make something suitable. Disappointed.

Sent my nitros for refurb as one developed a slight leak ( after 14yrs) superb service , from sending to receiving back 72 hrs . They also swapped out the bottom adjuster for the upgrade system which I was not aware was included very impressed . A new set of these would have been £471 !! . The refurb was a lot less than half that . This kind of service is very rare nowadays also the lady rang to tell me they were ready was the same lady I spoke to in 2012 !!!! A company that can retain its staff speaks volumes , many thanks sue

Shocks - Fantastic purchase experience, great helpful people. Haven't installed the shocks yet but they look quality. I also ordered the fork springs but they didn't have stock so they refunded me fast. So glad I chose a UK-made shock, hope they feel great on the bike too.

I recently acquired an 08 FJR1300 with a knackered rear shock. Having previously owned an FJR where I had the front and rear suspension replaced with Hagon units, this was the obvious choice for me.
They did not let me down. Ordered online via their website, the new shock was delivered to me well within the stated waiting time. When taken to my bike shop it turned out that the rear suspension mounting had been modified to accept the now redundant Ohlins unit, meaning that the Hagon unit didn't fit. Hagon simply could not have been more helpful, liaising with my bike shop, receiving the unit back, rebuilding it and sending it back to the shop for fitting.
Once returned to me my first ride from Norfolk to Sussex was a real pleasure. I have now used the bike for work (as an instructor) and pleasure and it has transformed the bike (exactly as it did on my old FJR 10 years ago).
I simply couldn't speak highly enough about the product (in this case the more expensive adjustable monshock - worth every extra penny), but I now have to add the absolutely first class customer service. Sadly, this level of service is, nowadays, the exception rather than the norm. All the more reason to shout about it.

I am a short woman who rides off road bikes. I wanted to get shocks for two of my bikes set up to my weight as obviously bikes are made to an accommodate the average man weight. I made contact using the email to customer services and spoke to Tony who was amazing. I ordered a shock set up to my spec for one bike and a shock to my spec but lowering the bike for the second bike. From start to finish the Team were great. I cannot recommend them enough. They are all from motorcycling background and know engineering of motorbikes. I’m really excited having bikes which are set up for me, the difference is amazing. My riding has changed as a result. When I recommended them on a Facebook Group I’m in, tons of people replied saying how well respected they are so I’m obviously not the only one to be impressed.

Fitted a Hagon rear shock to my CRF300 and it’s such a better ride.. both in and off road.

Prices are not competitive and you can buy the same product abroad with postage and VAT for a considerably lower price. I phoned Hagon who quoted me for my little racing RD125lc, hoping to get some discount for my road racing licence, RD Yamaha owners club membership or loyalty as previously purchased from them but no flexibility at all and was very quick to dismiss me so will be ordering a YSS shock from Italy with the 20% VAT added which equates to £100 cheaper than Hagon! Obviously not UK friendly 🥴🥴🥴 and really sorry to say this.😞

I asked them for some advice on setting up the Hagon mono shock unit on my XVS1100 and they were extremely helpful and now it's a different bike.Thank you for your help Mr Hagon you are a star.

The best £385 I have ever spent, just fitted a Hagon replacement on my Honda St1300 and the difference and improvement in handling is incredible. My shock was pretty bad especially on such a big heavy bike and after riding for 4 hrs today even my wife commented on the difference. Cannot recommend hagon enough especially as they do 90% of the set-up by providing them rider and pillion weights etc. Brilliant shock

I was missing a few spokes on my old 2003 Yamaha Dragstar XVS 650.
I emailed Hagon Shocks. And numerous other suppliers.
Hagon Shocks called me the next day and in a few days I had spokes delivered.
I was very pleased that they bothered with producing just 5 spokes. You don't see this these days.

I have had a superb experience with Hagon shocks. I mistakenly ordered a pair of Street Twin shocks. I wanted the ones for a Speed Twin. I contacted them and spoke to Dave. We live in a world where companies don’t care anymore. Not here, Dave was absolutely brilliant. Organised for them to be returned and replaced with the correct shocks. His (and Sophie’s) communication and organisational skills were faultless. I haven’t fitted them yet, but they look excellent value for money. Give Hagon a look. U will not be disappointed.

I ordered a rear shocker for my modified z1 service was outstanding
When it arrived I had ordered the incorrect one
I rang and spoke to Dave and explained my mix up
I had the correct one on my doorstep 4 days later this included a weekend
I carnt recomend this company any more 10 out of 10 for customer service and the shocker is outstanding

I made a last minute decision to change the shocks on my '57 Moto Parilla before going to Italy to ride the Milan Taranto. I spoke to Dave Duwell as soon as they opened (7:30!) and he sorted me out on the spot making sure they were dispatched same day and I had them the following day. Dave obviously knows his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with. Cheers!

2 days ago I rang Hagon and ordered new rear shocks for my Royal enfield hunter. Arrived today and fitted feels like a different bike, totally transformed the ride £184 well spent.

Recently, after only four years and 4300 miles, I was seriously disappointed that my Triumph Bonneville T100 rear Hagon shocks failed there MoT, the dampers having completely lost all function. I called Hagon and had a chat with Dave who suggested I post the shocks to him and one week later they were repaired, back on the bike and at no cost apart from postage. Now that's what you call after sales service! Thanks very much to Dave and Hagon.
